空港近くといってもタクシーを使う必要があってお金がかかった。シャトルバスは夜は9時15分前、朝も9時からと言われ遅く到着し早めに空港に行くひつようがある場合は、タクシー代が余計にかかり割高感があった。またエレベーターがないので重い荷物があると辛い。朝のカウンターの人はいい人だけど英語が通じなくて困った。ホテルの部屋事態は綺麗だがロケーションで選ぶとしたらもっと便利な場所がありそう。タクシーの値段交渉が煩わしかった。

We had a very early flight, and the hotel staff failed to make the airport taxi reservation for 4am. Do not trust them.

After reading some reviews that were critical of staff at this hotel, we were a little uncertain of what we would encounter. We shouldn't have been! The staff were delightfully friendly and helpful, our room was perfect for a overnight stop and there was ample parking over the road. We wouldn't hesitate to book there on our next trip to Europe and would commend the hotel to others.

This place was perfect for me, a brief ride from the airport, on the Isola Sacra that is the Tiber river delta. You see yachts and boats on the river nearby and the dinner was the wittiest most delicious food I have ever eaten! Wonderful mattress, I agree with the reviewer who said it was the most comfortable theyd ever slept in - me too!

I stayed at there for a night to transit for morning flight in next day. Have to pay expensive taxi fares to reach this hotel. And the bar where located opposite of the hotel is very noisy, I could hear the live music until midnight 12am++. Not able to take a rest to catch my long flight in the next day.For next time I would rather book a hotel in airport or just stay in airport.

We had an early flight out of Rome (6.30am) so we decided to stay in Fiumicino for one night so we could be close to the airport. We chose Al Porticciolo based on other reviews and proximity to the airport. The hotel itself is really cool and in a convenient location for restaurants and bars. We thought about going to the restaurant located in the hotel since it's supposed to have a Michelin star, but it was very expensive and the waitstaff gave us funny looks in our casual clothing. Needless to say, we ate elsewhere. The staff mostly doesn't speak English, but that wasn't an issue for us since we were only there for one night (and it was more like 1/2 night since we left around 3am to return the rental car). Parking was easy and right in front of the hotel. I was happy to see that they have surveillance on the street outside so I felt like our car was safe. Although I liked the hotel, I wouldn't stay for more than 1, maybe 2 nights, but that's simply because the shower in our room consisted of a bath and a shower sprayer/handle. You can't stand up and take a real shower unless you want to make a complete watery mess in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good choice for us and what we were looking for.

Room was very basic bit dingy 20euro via taxi to airport. What concerned me someone kept rattling our door handle about 3 times during the night there was no way I was going to open it.

Isolated from the rest of town with very small rooms, so small there was one stool and a bar counter instead of a table or desk and chair. A/c was broken. If we had realized it was an 18 Euro cab fare each way to and from the airport we wouldn't have stayed here.

We arrived at the hotel at the designated hour. The hostess who was on duty seemed to be annoyed at us for entering the establishment.We checked in eventually and proceeded to ask the gentleman at the front desk about the restaurant located on the property. My husband, specifically asked if we needed reservations and he was told "no", and that it opened at 8:30.pm. At approx. 8:40 we come down from the room and walk toward the door. Here we are again greeted by the hostess who wants to know if we have reservations when we say no she says sorry they are all booked up! Funny but every other restaurant on the block was happy to accommodate hungry customers. Also, when we walked back from where we did eat,JEFE Restaurant (which was wonderful) we noticed the hotel restaurant was all but empty. So if you do not want to be made to feel insignificant stay away. To be fair, location to airport was good, room was clean but tiny and the shower did not drain well at all. A/C did not cool enough and the window could not lock as they were installed incorrectly. Next time we will choose someplace else and I would not recommend this to any of my friends.

The hotel claimed that there were no rooms available. While they did arrange alternate accommodations in what seemed like a private apartment in a residential district, definitely not a hotel, it took a very long time. I had a feeling that they double booked and gave our room to a higher paying customer as our booking.com price was very low.

The only issue we had was it was a Sat night and the bar next door had incredibly loud music until 2am but that was nothing to do with this hotel.

They do not speak any english, wanted to charge me move because I had my daughter with me, on my voucher it had two people, on his reservation it had one, he did not really care that mine said two, when we left he charged me 4 euros not sure why as he could not speak english rooms are OK, does not look like a hotel outside.

The hotel is basic but nice enough. The problem is if you fly to Fiumicino Airport. All the taxis go to Rome and only a couple go to the area around the airport. Make sure you ask for a local taxi. It seems the hotel has a shuttle for 6 euros each way, although I was not told this upon booking. However, the shuttle only runs until 8 pm and starts st 8am. I arrived a little after 8 pm, and my only option to the hotel, 5 kms away, was a taxi that charged 30 euro. I needed to be back at the airport early,, before 8am and needed to go by taxi again, which the hotel did arrange for me. It cost me 15 euros. So, thinking that I should choose a hotel near the airport because I had a short but overnight layover, cost me 45 euros for taxis. I think this should be explained before booking. My reservation also included breakfast but since I needed a 7am taxi, no breakfast. The gentleman at the desk did make me a coffee.

Everything was good, room was nice and clean, great staff and good location. The only down side is that there's no breakfast before 8am even though the reservation said breakfast included, only coffe or cappuccino were available.

They said tried to stop the. Breakfast addition with agoda but they could not get them to remove to date. They honored our request and gave us coffee and crescent. Very sweet people. They have a very fancy restaurant in the hotel. Flying all night to try it. Sleep was more important.

The experience was nice. We needed to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The staff was courteous, and arranged our taxi for the morning. Use caution with taxi price gouging. The room was very modern and clean. The shower did not drain properly. We left too early to know about breakfast.

Used as an overnight stay for connecting flights. Quite acceptable small room. Beware of taxi issues from airport as they are essential but difficult & overpriced. Return local taxi service very good.

“空港からの交通手段が実質タクシーしかない”
小さなホテルで、部屋もコンパクトです。ただし日本のピジネスホテルに慣れているなら問題ないです（そのかわり洗面室が巨大）。1階のレストランはミシェランの星付きで、サービスも味も最高です（当然値段もそれなりに高い）。ホテル周辺は子供の物乞いがいるような地域ですが、取り立てて危険だとは思いませんでした。タイトル通り、ホテルまで便利な公的交通機関はなく、タクシーを使うしかありません。私が空港からタクシーを使った際は20ユーロという話だったのに、ホテルについたらタクシー運転手は30ユーロと主張しやむなく支払いました。翌日空港に行く際にはUberを使用し、20ユーロ弱でした。
