Great location (from train station walk out the end where you can see McDonalds and walk to the left of McDonalds to the end of the Termini Station - turn right for 1 block - turn left and walk to 118 number) and someone will meet you with the keys. Clean apartment 12-14 minute walk to train station - plenty of restaurants in the train station.

I booked 2 apartments for total 4 pax. It's a dual-key apartment. Apartment with kitchen, dining table, sofa and 2 bathroom. Walking distance to Roma Termini station, surrounding with lots of foods. Easily found cheap and delicious Chinese and Indian food nearby. Overall very satisfied to stay here :) **Remember to email them for your arrival time because there is a private apartment. You need to make appointment with them first so they will arrange people to wait you outside the apartment and pass the key to you.

An apartment in Via Filippo Turati run by Hotel Siena. Situated less than ten minutes walk from Termini railway station . It’s one of two apartments located in the same building, both on the second floor. The apartments use the same entrance to a small hallway. Our apartment faced the internal courtyard, the other Via Turati. The apartment is small, very modern and minimalist, all painted in white. It has just enough room for a family of three or four. We were four, two adults and children of 12 and 14 years old. We arrived at 12:30pm and were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment at 12:45pm. Normally check-in is at 2pm. By arriving early, we may have disrupted the preparation of the room. The floors had remnants of woman’s hair. Besides this all was in order. The two bathrooms are very modern, both with showers, toilet and washbasins. The larger also had a bidet. The kitchen has an induction stove, a stainless steel sink, a microwave and a small fridge to keep a few things cold. Under the sink there was dish washing liquid and other cleaning products. A washing machine was available. We didn’t require its use. There are plenty of plates, forks, knives and spoons. There is a pot and a couple of frying pans also. However, during our stay several utensils were lacking. A long handle stirring spoon, a sieve and a good tea towel to dry dishes, if made available it would make things a little better, especially if you cook your own pasta or vegetables. We found some salt, but it is best that you buy your own cooking products to be sure you have what you need, otherwise eat out or bring back takeaway. We managed to cook dinner and have breakfast here. The small dining table just fits four people. It was located in the bedroom since there was no room in the kitchen, the sofa was being used by the children as their bed. Normally it sits in the middle of the living area which forms part of the kitchen, in between the sofa and the kitchen cabinets. On the right side of

The man name CARMINE at LHP suite at Termini make me pay tax for 42 Euro even I show to him proof that I already paid to Agoda.com. I request refund from Agoda.com

New decorated apartment in a very old building located 5 mins walk from Roma Termini. Room size was same as stated but you need to open the window because you can smell the fresh paint. Many Chinese small shops nearby and very noisy at night, especially the noise by moto bike. Please pay attention that you need to call them for key pick-up before arriving. However I didn’t receive such information. I couldn’t get into the building when I arrived then I managed to call Agoda to contact LHP... A lady came to rescue me 30 mins later...

가격대비 방이 넓고 깨끗해보여서 예약하고 테르미니역 도착했는데 호텔정도는 아니어도 간판이라도 있을줄 알았습니다. 숙소 찾는데 완전 고생했습니다. 일반 주택이랑 똑같이생겨서 구글맵으로 겨우 찾았습니다. 막상 숙소앞에가면 문잠겨있고 바우쳐에 있는 번호로 전화했더니 직원이 오토바이타고 출발한다네요. 30분동안 문앞에서 기다렸습니다. 그리곤 제일 열받는게 도시세 명목으로 돈 받아갔는데 아무리 생각해도 원래 내는 돈보다 더 받아간거같아요. 여권까지 핸드폰으로 찍어가는데 엄청 찜찜하네요. 이 돈이면 그냥 호텔 예약하시는게 좋을것같네요.

Un apartamento precioso en el centro de la ciudad. A menos de 2 kilómetros de los lugares más emblemáticos. Si vuelvo a Roma volveré sin pensarlo.

L’appartamento è molto carino in zona termini, peccano sulla pulizia... dopo che chiedono 25€ di pulizie finali mi aspetto che l’appartamento sia decisamente più pulito.

“Dirty ”
Good location, close to roma termini. has washing machine and fridge. toilets were very grimy and disgusting. Iron not working and air conditioner was leaking
