Both my Husband and I loved the hotel and all that came with it. We we so well looked after by the host and her staff that it really felt like home. The walk (around 45 minutes) to the Spanish Steps was a lovely one and allowed you to see the suburbs of Rome. The a penthouse suite was well equipped with everything you could need; mini-bar, snacks, toiletries, robe, slippers, air cond, private terrace, sky tv etc. We will most definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome ❤️

Room tight squeeze for putting luggage, shower water goes cold hot staff friendly except for 1 was professional but not as friendly. Breakfast good and attendant very friendly and helpful. Location is why I would stay again

Wonderful breakfast selection. Within walking distance of main attractions and public transportation. Excellent restaurants , cafes and shops nearby. Not forgetting the delicious gelato shop just around the corner!

Very friendly and reasonable for what you pay. Breakfast is plentiful and of a very high standard. Off the beaten track but you can get the #360 to Termini and if you what to go to collesium get the #75 from same stop at Termini. Rooms are amazing and the beds, big with top class bedding. Staff are also very helpful and will arrange anything you just need to ask. All in all we stayed over for 4 nights for new year and had a great time. Would highly recommend

We spent 4 nights here with a 4 month old baby. Was so nice to get back to the hotel away from the hectic tourist areas. I recommend the rooms with your own private garden. The hotel is in a quiet leafy upmarket area with many embassies/consulates in the area. We walked to the main tourist spots via the beautiful Villa Borghese Park which leads to the Spanish steps. Great bus service to termini / city centre and 10 mins walk to the tram stop for the Vatican (20 mins by tram). Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Try the cafe on the left at Muse 2 mins walk away for lovely views and cappuccino for 1.20 euros.

What a super Hotel! Staff really helpful, wonderful huge bed and a terrific range of items for breakfast. Very peaceful at night with excellent sized room. Trams 3 and 19 within 5 minute walk with bus route 360 nearby. Superb value for money.

I really did enjoy staying in this hotel. The room was very nice, the hotel was quiet and the staff were helpful. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that it had air conditioning. Once I got there I did find that they had already turned the air conditioning off...to my disappointment. Some other guests had complained that it was to cold. This made for very hot nights. The comforters, although very nice, were down and way to hot for me to sleep under. I tried sleeping with the window open. They don't have screen in Italy so you do have to deal with mosquitoes and other bugs getting in your room. Even with those problems and not a very comfortable night's sleep, I loved this little hotel. One of the other people I had traveled with booked a hotel in close proximity to the airport. Of course they paid less per night but the difference was amazing. I was very happy with my choice and would stay there again. I'd also recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind being further away from the city.

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. All questions about traveling about Rome were answered graciously. The breakfast was good and all in all this was a very nice hotel to stay in. I warmly recommend it.

Plus d’explication à donner pour y arriver de l’aeroport de Fumicino car un peu complique! Autrement superbe hôtel dans un quartier résidentiel avec du personnel très charmant à l’ecoute de tous nos besoins À recommander vivement !!!!

Bel établissement, belle architecture et décoration raffinée.Un personnel très souriant et serviable.Allez-y c'est calme et vraiment le charme est présent surtout si vous choisissez la red suite.

Om du söker ett hotell med trevlig personal, god frukost och lite utanför stadskärnan så skulle jag verkligen rekommendera Villa Duse. Enkelt att ta sig mot stan då buss stannar 2 min från hotellet eller spårvagn ca 5-7 min från hotellet. Vi gillar att promenera och tog promenader till bl.a. spanska trappan genom en superfin park som heter Villa Borghese.

Ett mysigt litet hotell med villakaraktär. Egen liten trädgård till rummet var en höjdare även om vi på grund av vädret inte kunde utnyttja den fullt ut. Fin service och trevlig personal förhöjde nöjet att bo på hotellet. Den enda nackdelen var avståndet till centrum. Ett hotell som jag kan varmt rekommendera. Bor gärna där nästa gång jag besöker Rom.
