I was there for two nights , I found staff very nice ,pretty comfortable and rooms are very clean , totally i feel like a home

First we arrived 10th of September to the hotel and the reception was empty. We checked two floors of hotel looking for anyone from stuff. After few long minutes a elderly guy came. He said he is a family of the hotel owners. He told us that there is a room for us, unfortunately there were no still water in the bathroom(in the whole floor actually). He was really rude, gruff and told us that it's not his problem that there is no water and if we want water he could gave us a number to the city council. He didn't even help us to search another apartment. We had to find place to stay on our own, although it was really late(like 7pm) and only apartment we could find was more expensive. The worst experience ever! Never recommend hotel.

Awful. The worst experience of an hotel i ever stayed. When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes for another person to open the door, because the guy running the hotel is never there and when he is he cant hear the door. And we didnt have hot water in our room. As you can see in other comments it as happened before and still is. The owner did nothing to help us or solve the problem, saying "if you want you can leave". That is what we ended up doing. This is not an hotel, its a scam.

The water pressure didn’t work, the ac didn’t work, the refrigerator didn’t work and the staff were barely there. As far as we know, there were only one cleaner and one receptionist in total. The closed at 20:30. There was almost always at least one guest sitting in the lobby and waiting for someone in the staff to come around and help them. But once staff was there, they could often help you

Had a good time in this hotel. The owner is very attentive and gives you valuable tips where to eat and so on. We found an amazing restaurant with his help! The room Is rather big and for us it was definitely better than what we expected. The bathroom was clean, that’s for us the most important thing!

They need a better record keeping system...I was confronted 3 separate times saying that I needed to leave because I only booked 1 night. And every time i would have to show them the receipt for 4 nights and even what my name was because they kept confusing me with different people at the hotel. No A/C for 4 nights with temps ranging from 80-90F , water pressure barely dripped out of the faucet. Its a good place if you're looking for just a bed to sleep on as a solo traveler would never bring my spouse or children here.

We had to pass 4 days in Rome & we wanted to have a bath every night. Initially the owner said that the 1st day we wouldn't had hot water but he said this depends on the council. He said the problem was on the 4th & 5th floor due to not enough pressure of the water. He said we could possible have the next days another room but he didn't know how to check the availability! We had to ask his assistant who wasn't there then. All days we had no water at all at night & only cold water in the morning, so last night I asked if a room was available in another floor & he said initially he had two rooms but after he asked how many days we are still going to be there. I said tonight & after he changed his mind & said he would have only the next day available the rooms because the occupiers asked to stay one more day.. This change happened the next second after I said tonight!! Bad experience! He should had informed us in advance and he should had offered refund as we did not get what we paid for!

We stayed in Hotel Versailles for Four Nights and it was a good Choice for a City Trip! The room was always clean and at our Arrival the receptionast gave is a lot of useful Information about the City itself and the possibilities of transportation. For the Stay there were a tv and a bunch of Magazines in Different languages. The only "negative" Point was the shower curtain. It was a bit dirty and though the cabine itself was very smal it touched you everytime the water was getting hot. It also Wasn't clear if the air conditioner was Working. But we would Return their if we would ever come back to rome!

The hotel location was very hard to find and located inside a building. without any sign and only a small hotel name located on the fron door of the building. you have to be very careful to look around this area to look for this hotel. once inside the hotel was very small only around 6 rooms. the great things was only the owner of the hotel who was very nice to explain to me the route or map around Rome.

if you looking for a hotel please forget about this its a business buliding that they perepar some floor as hotel .the location not bad but a bit noisy and you can find easily take bus 90 in termini and in second stop get off after 200 meter stright you can fin in right side.the room is good and simple clean but the water for shower is usualy cold i think the price for this place is too much expensive you have to pay as much as 4 star hotel .

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights while in Rome on holiday. Because both of us had a lot of agoda points we made 2 seperate consecutive bookings, when checking in this was not a problem and we got the same room for 4 nights. Also the staff was very helpful to provide some tips on how to get around Rome, since it was our first time there. The hotel itself is basic, but very nice and with a very clean bathroom. The location is not bad with multiple bus stops around the hotel going all kinds of places in Rome. There are also a few restaurants/cafes around to get breakfast and/or dinner.

It s good hotel for take rest even it s a bit far by walking from Termini station. However, the location still easy to reach if you go there by bus and near by hotel have all nice cafe and restaurant which you can easy to find some Italian food. Totally, i like this hotel

最寄りの鉄道駅、地下鉄駅までは徒歩約15分程度。 部屋は清潔、但し、狭く机も無かった。 ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリー。 チェックインの際は呼び鈴を鳴らし鍵を開けてもらう。 ホテルの裏通りにおいしいスパゲティ屋あり。
