The hotel is originally situated in a quiet area, but the outer wall of the hotel was under renovation which made the area noisy and dusty. The cleaning staffs that are also responsible for the buffet breakfast are very nice and polite.

it was the first time that i enter a building that every floor was deferent hotel, the room even it was ok sized the bed was in the worded possible place in order to make it difficult to move with ease around the room. the window shatters could not been open because they where rebuilding the face of the building (something i would be pleased if i knew in advanced). on the other hand, they where cleaning the room every day and we had also a new towel set every day, also the bathroom was big and clean. the breakfast was good and the area that is located was great, close to termini station and 15 min walking from every major sightseeing. for the 50 euro per night for 2 people was excellent choose and for sure i recommend it.

The stay was quite pleasant as the hotel was very well connected. The only problemw e faced was the aircondition which wasnt working in our room. But after we complained they gave us another room with AC. Staff were nice and cordial. Breakfast had assortments of breads which were fresh and good.

I was very impressed with the spacious, modern bedroom and bathroom that was very clean and comfortable. However, I did find the staff to be rude and unaccommodating.

The size of the room was to be expected for Rome. It was small and rather dingy, but I didn't want to pay anything more. The location was great -- it seemed to be surrounded by old beautiful buildings and local eateries. It was easy to get around by foot.

Small room to a very competitive pricing. Difficult to find the location as no exterior sign is visible from the street. The hotel share with other a full building with what seems a shared reception.

Hotel sallustio combined with another 3 or 4 hotel are in the same building, which I think it is quite bad. You have too share a elevator (carries max. 3 persons) with other persons from who stays in other hotel. Our hotel stay located in the 5th floor of the buildng, however we need to go to the 3rd in which another hotel is located for breakfast. However the worst of all were our rooms. in the advertisement it stated that you will get wifi and LAN internet in your rooms, however you can only get LAN at the lobby located in the ground floor which still don't work, so I would say it's a fake. The wifi service they provide also did not in our rooms, you will only get wifi if you go to the lobby which the wifi isn't always functioning or stay at the corridor of the 3rd floor nect to the elevator to get some signal. Another thing was the airconditioning and the showers in our rooms. the airco and the hot water supply for the rooms didn't function properly, that's why every single visitor is complaining about it. When we were in Rome every day was about 35 degrees. you would say if you turn on the airco it should be better. however, even if we turn on the airco on the rooms are about 30/31 degrees. but if you go to the lobby were the personel stays, the airco over there were a lot more refreshing. Concluding all this, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Rooms were very shabby. Requested change and were given rooms at sister B+B on nearby street. Nice rooms with ok breakfast.

The location and breakfast is quite good. But the service is not!! The towels and sheets were not replaed every day. At the night we came we got the key from the clerk at lobby but we couldn't enter the room, since the door at the entrance to the corridor at our floor was closed. We came back to the lobby but the clerk was not there. We waited for him more than half an hour. There is no wifi internet at rooms but at the lobby there is. At the night before we left we asked the same clerk, that usualy works there at night shifts, to order us a taxi for 7:00 am. He asked us to pay him for taxi service and told us that taxi will be at hotel at 7:30 and persuaded us that it is early enough. Unfortunaltely we almost lost our flight. The car that picked us from hotel came at 8:00 and not 7:30. it was not a taxi but a regular car and we suspect that it was one of his friends. When we realized that the taxi is late, we asked the clerk to give us the money back but he refused and told us the the taxi is coming in few minutes. the car came at 8:00 and there was a lot of traffic to the airport. we had luck - if we came 10 minutes later - we would lose the flight. Of course we didn't have the chance to buy at dutyfree shops at airport. So be carefull and don't order a taxi from that hotel!!!!. We must say it was only one of the clerks that was awfull - others were quite nice. There was an older clerk the was very kind - he let us print the check in tickets for free.

we were worried abt the review written over this hotel that seem so bad. but it wasnt bad at all as what have been written. the hotel was difficult to be found yes, it was just small description that cant be read from the car if you were just driving around. its in a building, which other floors are other hotel. its in the embassy, banks and offices. There are few nice restaurants and grocery shops around. yes, breakfast is not impressive at all but in Rome, you can easily find good food good price.

This hotell is just lovely, litle bit hard to find for the taxy, the building content 6 different receptions. Do not understand that logistick for this hotel, maybe å picture of Italy. can recomand this hotel

hotel was small and difficult to find.... room was also very small... no wifi available.. they have to use the wifi from the hotel down the street so signal was weak breakfast is very basic with just a few bread location is bad as the nearest metro takes about 10=15min walk... and the roma termini is 15-20 min walk

room was small with very little facilities.... some room can detect the wifi from the hotel beside it.... but signal is quite weak.... the room shower is pretty lousy but still quite clean breakfast is very lousy.... just a few croissants and 2 types of cereal with milk and orange juice.... not something that will make u really full in the morning... but rome food is ex so i guess the breakfast can help to save money location is bad... at least 10-15 min walk to termini roma

“Comfy and clean room at a good price”
We stayed in the hotel for a week. The room itself as well as a bathroom was cleaned every day (including change of towels). Big and comfortable bed. For €3 you can eat a nice, sweet breakfast. We had troubles to find the hotel. there are no signs.
