翌朝早い飛行機に乗るため、テルミニ駅にも近いこちらのホテルを選びました。ロケーションは良く、フロントも24時間対応で、チェックイン前に荷物も預かってもらえて助かりました。 ただ、2名1室で予約していたところ、トラブルで部屋が使えなくなったとのことで、シングルルーム2室になり、フロアも違ったので非常に不便でした。また、部屋に湯沸かしポットがなく、フロントで頼んだところ、貸し出し中なので1時間ほどで部屋に届けると言われましたが、結局チェックアウトまで届きませんでした。

The lock to our room wouldn't work and maintenance to fix it wasn't immediately available. It was late and we had to accept a smaller room. I know it's a budget hotel but I feel like they really leaned into it. To get to the elevator I had to climb steps.

Great location. Bathroom and internet sadly let it down. Lack of kettle/tea/coffee equipment in the room was a major let down for us as well.

I had a big expectation by looking at it's photos on the booking page with the view that the room is huge, cozy and very attractive but it was not at all to my satisfaction level. Actually I would never pay the amount I paid for this type of hotel. I feel like overcharged for spending nights. Almost no amenities in washroom, old furniture, average bed and sleep, poor lighting etc. However the most annoying was the WiFi in my 3rd floor which even after complaining several times, never resolved. Beside that the toilet flush was hopeless, the shower cubicle was surprisingly too small to take shower properly. If you are bit healthier person never stay there as you will not be able to take shower. The hotel provides breakfast but its not amazing. All bakery items with juice, tea and coffee only. No other hotel meals- appreciate if they could at least topped it up with at least boiled eggs.

The AC is bad!!! And the worst part is there is a BED BUG on the bed!!! We ended up staying only for 1 night and refunded the rest!!!! The staffs are nice.. but Never again

This hotel exceded my expectation, for this price. Everything is clean in the room, everyday room service, the location is great, breakfast is fine and staf is very kind. Only the beds are not comfort at all.

A Chinese reception who can spell Chinese when I start to complain no air-conditioning, after a small talk he started to use Italian to reply me in order to pretend he don't understand Chinese and English. Location is good but the hotel is too old

excellently located, next to Reppublica metro station and 15mins away from Trevi and many other landmarks. breakfast room was small but has variety. hotel access was 24/7, right in front there is a mini market and around there are all kinds of services. room was big enough but the installations could use a bit of renewal. we had 2 single beds even though we had requested a double bed.

Great location and nice breakfast (including the staff who were so nice and helpful). However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the front desk person during the day was far from welcoming. It seemed like he was bothered when asked simple questions. Additionally, the WiFi in rooms farther from the elevators was unavailable. It was necessary to come out of the room and into the hallway to be able to connect. It would be beneficial to ensure a reliable WiFi connection throughout all areas of the hotel for the convenience of the guests. Overall, it was a good experience with minor areas that could use improvement.

We stayed on the obviously newly refurbished first floor, with a good size room and modern bathroom. The AC was luckily very efficient in the heatwave. The room was a bit dusty under the bed and in the corners, but the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was standard, but with enough choice and amount. It contributed to a very pleasant stay in Rome, considering the heatwave.

Good location but poor quality for cleanliness and service. On arrival the room we were initially given was really dirty - thick dust gathered in air con units (which were not on at that time), brown, sludgy stains on shower cubicle along with build up of limescale and rust. The room was at the front and had all the noise from the bars, street and restaurants so sleep was difficult. To be fair the owner changed our room the following day and we were put in a room on the modernised side of the hotel which was better but we did threaten to leave if they didn't. Breakfast was basic but ok, not my recommendation for a stay in Rome.

Hotel room was not clean. There was no double bed. They put together the 2 single bed. No internet connection and they did not take action to fix it. Breakfast was only sugared croissant and coffee. Nonsense. Only the location was good but others unacceptable.

The hotel room condition was very poor. There was a constant gutter like smell coming in the bathroom. The bed was broken and overall was quite dingy. Bed cover was dirty . There was no telephone in the room. Air conditioning did not work. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked out after staying the 1st night. The italian gentleman at the front desk was quite helpful though.

A flight of stairs prior to elevator which makes you carry your luggage. Staff did not even offer to help/assist in carrying the luggage up the stairs to the lift. Room phone was not working and was not addressed even after reporting it 3x. Wifi signal non existent in the room. No drinking cup. Night staff in particular was not interested in offering any kind of assistance.

Pros: - Good location, was able to walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and Vatican City. Cons: - Wifi in hallway only, not in rooms - Bathroon had mould smell - Floor and bedroom constantly smelt like cigarettes due to someone smoking (a resident/staff I suspect. - Smoke smell was as strong as if thy were smoking in our room. - Basic breakfast with pastries and bread that tasted day-old. Ended up eating breakfast out each morning,

Breakfest to avoid, unfriendly staff ,coffee bad, bread old and reheated or burned. better of to have coffee and bread rolls in other restaurants. cups and plates not clean.

“すごく良い”
テルミニ駅からも歩けるし、大通りから一本入ってるので静かでした。wifiは部屋ではいまいちで廊下だとちゃんと繋がりました。冷蔵庫はあるけど水はもらえませんでした。
