We arrived after lunch, settled on our own on the 2nd floor according to the instructions of the administrator. 2 5th and 6th floor belong to the hotel. The room is small, the window is small overlooking the courtyard. TV only in Italian. It was not possible to connect to wi fi and all our calls and emails about the connection were ignored. On the last day, a message appeared where to leave the key and pay the city tax. The only plus is the good location.

There was no one at the reception when we arrived, we had to ask another hotel attendant and no one was helpful at all, their reception said 2nd floor, then said 3rd, and we were sent to the 6th floor by the other hotel with a similar name (esposizione palace). It wasn't until my uncle talked to the other hotel attendant in italian and asked for help that she provided us with their number to call, mind you our rooms were literally in front of her, what a way to print a bad image of italians, never coming back to this country, no one helps anyone at all, humanity is long lost in here

The hotel is in a good location but the building is old. Room, sheets and bedspread were dated. The staff were very nice though.

Spent only one day in Rome, wanted to see and do as much as possible. Central location. Walked from the train station, 10 min walk, walked to the Colosseum, Pantheon, short taxi ride to St, Peter's, Trevi Fountain. Attendant at the front desk was great. Really nice and helpful. Had a great time just talking with him. I am embarrassed to say I forgot his name. He should be employee of the year.

The location is very near and accessible to the shops, food and historical sights like you dont have to take a long ride to reach any good destination. it only take minutes of walking and you’ll be right were youre at in no time. the hotel staff are very nice and respond to your needs immediately. the room is very clean and tidy. definetely one of the most recommended hotel if your in Rome, Italy! 😊

it's around 15 mins walk from rome termini. it's close to all the tourist area. staffs were very helpful. credits to arman the receptionist. He helps me a lot in my 3 nights stay there. If I'm coming back to rome I'll stay there again. food wise is easy to get too. lots of nice places and budgeted places to eat too.

I think the quality of accommodations in Rome are not much higher than I expect. The building is old and what a small elevator (max. 2 people) it has.

This hotel was clean and had okay facilities, however the communication from the hotel wasn't great. We never heard any response each time we contacted them which is nerve racking when you are travelling and want to make sure you have somewhere to sleep that night. Wifi was OK. Bed was OK, however pillows were very flat. Location was OK, we were only there for one night so we didn't explore much, but I feel as though the area is a bit separated from the busy night life areas.

We arrived at the hotel with our children in the evening but the hotel did not provide us a room. They informed us that a part of the hotel is in renovation and they don't have free rooms, even we paid for it in advance. They proposed to move us into another hotel, but we didn't accepted because this hotel was awful. They called also the travel agency to cancel the reservation. Finally we agreed to stay one night to the other hotel and comeback to Espozitione hotel after. Next day, the room we received was smaller that the one we paid for. Also the breakfast is not varied, we renounced to eat. I will never comeback to this hotel.

Clean, basic, 1 nice staff, 1 rude staff. Safe didn't work several lights didn't work, optional kettLe didn't work. Noisy students all night, noisy kitchen. I wouldn't stay here again but 1 member of staff was friendly and helpful. Great location

This place was honestly pretty gross. I turned the top blanket over and it had yellow stains on it. Also the check in for this hotel was not in the same building.

If you have a big luggage or have a big pushchair, this hotel may not be suitable for you. The lift to our rooms is too small only enough for 2 people.

The sound in this hotel carries far. I could not get a good nights rest. I could hear my neighbor snoring as if he were sharing my bed. A woman kept knocking on a door until 4am and waking me up each time she did it. I could literally hear reception drop a pen on their counter from my bed. If you need rest in between days of sightseeing, this is not the hiteknfor you.

U can come down to hotel and u can enjoy all famous place in room by foot also . And at night there is very near to famous wish fountain
