スタッフは素晴らしかったです。部屋は清潔で現代的でした。ベッドは非常に快適でした。ホテルは主要な観光地から約20分の距離です。私たちは自転車を借りて、ローマの周りを2泊の滞在中にeバイクで走り回りました。非常におすすめです。

私はAgodaのVIPです。2024年2月27日にサンプリンセス号のクルーズの前に宿泊します。7人のグループで、14人分の名前リストがホテルに届いていません。H10は、2月16日12時30分にSuraカスタマーサービスに送った部屋リストに関するメールを受け取っていないため、私たちはこのホテルに宿泊していません。ホテルの部屋がすでに満室のため、14人を同じエリアにあるホテル・リパ・ローマに移動させる必要がありました。私の家族と旅行仲間は、通知なしにホテルが最後の瞬間に変更されたことに不満を持っています。この件についてAgodaとホテル間のコミュニケーションの不備を調査してください。ありがとうございます。

To be honest, we are disappointed in reading you felt treated like a dog because it does not reflect our sense of hospitality all our guests are used to appreciate. Also, we did not expect to be defined like thieves just because we ask you to pay the difference for a second person stayed with you while your room was reserved for only 1 adult as per booking confirmation. You were informed since your arrival there was a supplement to pay. We think your reaction is a bit exaggerated, just because you were aware about it and you reacted with such strong words against us during and after your stay. For the above reasons you can understand with all respect we think your review misleads reality of facts. 詳しくはわかりませんが、水のトラブルで１フロアが全滅したらしく、ほかのホテルへ移動することに。全ての手配をしてくれて、たぶんここよりはグレードも高いホテルを手配してくれたのだと思います。そのあたりの対応は素晴らしかったです。

Nice clean comfy stay; but not good food and transportation access

The overall Hotel is good in location and near to trastevere and other tourist places however the Hotel is lacking the basic facilities ( since it is claimed as 4 star). No water bottle , dinner or Lunch facilities were provided and they guided you towards the nearby restaurants. The staff was generally good but at few occassions talked in rude and arrogant manner .

Good hotel close to shops and trailway station. Staff is friendly, especially Gianluca who is always very nice, polite and smiling. He is an exceptionally gifted customer servant. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and have never seen such a wonderful motivated hotel employee who truly wants the guests make most of their holiday.

Excellent female staff at reception and the breakfast staff were exceptional especially the friendly gentleman who welcomed us most mornings. The cleaners are 5 star ⭐️ great stay just a bit too far from the centre of Rome

I booked for this hotel, other than having a pool this hotel had nothing but expense, the room was small and had no soul. Won't be staying again at any one of these.

ホテルの部屋は比較的きれいで快適で、スタッフも比較的フレンドリーです。しかし、立地は少し遠くて市内中心部から離れています。ホテルは空港送迎サービスと市内中心部へのシャトルサービスを提供していますが、費用対効果を低く示すいくつかの弱点があります。空港送迎の料金は固定されているとされているが、実際にはそうではありません。今朝、私を空港まで送るドライバーは10ユーロ（55ユーロ）を追加で要求しました（一日前にホテルのスタッフからは45ユーロだと言われました）。ホテルとタクシー会社の取り決めがどうなっているのかは不明ですが、ホテルの顧客はあまり保護されていません。シャトルサービスについては、実際にはタクシーサービスと呼ぶべきで、ホテルはホテルとプラザ・ヴェネチア（市内中心部の広場）の間の片道/往復券を手配しますが、これは交通手段の懸念と立地の問題に理想的に対応すべきです。しかし、券は前払いで返金不可です。ホテルに戻る必要がある場合、券を使う唯一の方法はプラザ・ヴェネチアに戻り、指定された会社のタクシーを利用することです。ローマの市内中心部で午後6時から8時30分頃にタクシーを捕まえるのは非常に難しく時間がかかり、券の使用可能時間は午後9時までです。私の3泊の滞在中、券を使用できたのは一日だけで、3日目には午後5時30分頃にプラザ・ヴェネチアに到着し、午後7時30分まで指定された会社のタクシーを捕まえることができませんでした。お腹が空いていたので、FREENOWを使ってホテルに戻りました。ローマ全体の交通と輸送の悪さには感謝していますが、券が返金不可であるのは合理的ではなく、私にとって実際の経済的損失につながっています。バスを利用することもできますが、待ち時間が長すぎます。ホテルまでUberを利用することもできますが、繁忙時間帯には費用が倍増、あるいは3倍になることもあります。FREENOWも価格を倍増させる可能性があります。私はこのホテルをお勧めしません。

We are pleased to know that you appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of our staff, the cleanliness and comfortable room. Regarding the hotel location we believe it is worth pointing out that the hotel is situated in a quiet and safe residential area with a nearby high street for shopping. It is a shame that you felt unsafe because there is no safety issue at all. In addition, walking to the centre might not be the best option (it is a 40 minute walk) but apart from the public transportations which are very handy (tram, bus, train) , for the city center we offer a special taxi fee service which is also very convenient and flexible. We regret the time it took to get a taxi into the city center, unfortunately in this period the city is full and it can happen. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back again soon.
