“最高の受付スタッフ”

私の会長は、この旅行のために旅行用アダプターを持参するのを忘れたため、フロントに向かいました。スタッフのアレッシアさんが、滞在中に使用するための旅行用アダプターを渡し、必要なあらゆる支援を提供してくれました。 場所は清潔でアクセスしやすいです。これは彼のローマ訪問の2回目の滞在です。次回ローマを訪れる際には必ず戻ってくるでしょう。

良い立地で、中心街や主要な観光名所まで徒歩圏内です。価格はまあまあです。

別に悪くはないが値段の割にはと言う感想。 とにかくシャワーが弱い。

受付のスタッフはあまり親切ではありませんでした。少し小馬鹿にしたような言い方をしたりされました。お互い英語がネイティブでないのだから、歩み寄る努力が必要だと思いますが、彼らにはそのような態度は見られませんでした。もう選びません。

“Do Not Stay at this Hotel”

This Hotel says it’s a four-star hotel. Definitely Not. When you look at reviews and pictures on the website the pictures look so beautiful. When you get there the rooms are awful. The beds are so hard. We had a computer screen as a TV. Wires hanging from the wall. Ants running around the room and even in the bed. I do have video. Also when we booked this hotel we were supposed to have breakfast and dinner included. But the restaurant was closed. And if you need your coffee in the morning prepare to walk 5 to 10 minutes to get a cup coffee. Also on the website it says it does transportation to the airport. The transportation will cost you $50. When I went to the front desk to ask How is this a four-star hotel? Was told the building is not a four-star it’s the staff that works there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely stay here we had a room with a balcony which was lovely, no complaints really may need a little updating but the location was good. Would stay again.

Staff, great. Location, amazing. Room and bed? Eh… it does what it needs to do. I found it hard to sleep thru the night as the bed was hard and the noise from room to room is very high.

The hotel is a lot more run down than what it looks in the pictures. Dated rooms that haven’t had a refurbishment for 20 years, also very small. I ordered a double room and got a 120cm bed. Then again most central rome hotels seem to be like this. But this is more a 2 star than a 4 star in my book.

the hotel has a good location and the price is somehow good too. but the customer service in the reception is bad. first ,when we arrived to the hotel. we came with our own car. there were no prkings for the customers + no vallet parking service. they said you should go to eurostars prking in the other street. we tried to reach the place but we couldn’t find it and we don’t know the city yet ! we asked the reception if anybody can come with us and show us the place but they refused and no one came with us ! we spent more than 45 minutes serching for a parking !!!! we found another parkings 10 minutes walking away from the hotel. in the second day, at night the wifi was not working both of us ( my father and I ) we tried to contact the reception to solve the Wifi connection problem and they didn’t do anything! they said we can’t do anything and the wifi is okay! the problem from your phones !!!! the problem is in 3 iphones and not in One wifi ! restarting the wifi is the key.

The lobby was lovely, as was the staff. The room and bathroom were small but ok for a short visit. Location was perfect for us getting to all the sites in Rome.

The hotel is nice from the outside, the lobby is beautiful and Primavera, the girl who checked me in was great. Once you walk away from the front desk, bubble bursts. They have many elevators (old building) that are old, tiny and take for ever. The carpet in the hallways looks old and dirty. The room was small, and the bed was like a homeless shelter bed, mattress felt like thousands of people had used for years, the AC was freezing and the thermostat was unreaponsive. Only ONE old pillow on bed. The shower is TINY and the drain backed up so it floods. The pictures they show of rooms are not what I got.

Staff could not have been better. Organised an early check in when we really needed it and had not arranged beforehand. Arranged to hold our bags for a few days. Taxis - no problem. As with a lot or hotels in Europe, the rooms are very small. Only issue is we could have done without the mirror on the back of the toilet door. Distinct design flaw :) We would highly recommend the hotel for a short stay in Rome

Staff went out of their way to get early access to room. Breakfasts are very good value and large choice. Toon is small but this is Europe. Would definitely recommend this hotel

“Eurostars International Palace Hotel review”

Hotel was located 300meters from republica station and about 800 meters from termini stn. Do not be conned into taking a taxi from termini. We were nearly conned for 20 euros. Its about 10-15 mins walk with your luggage. Walk towards republica stn and turn left. Walk about 300 meters and you'll reach the hotel. Hotel staff could converse in English and that was a good plus point. Alot of restaurants along the road. Walk at your own leisure and enjoy Rome.

Very satisfied, only one minor thing I remember was a not a nice small in the room, preferrably to keep the window open

located a10 minute walk from termini station this hotel is very close to most of the key sites of rome. we went for a small stroll the evening we arrived and managed to see the colosseum, forum, trevi fountain and spanish steps within 30 mins! the air condition in the room was temperamental but otherwise it was a great stay.

the hotel is in good location, just 5-10 min walk from train station. i suggest repubblica station, it's closer than roma termini. the hotel is surrounded with restaurants, shops, pharmacy. it's very convenient. the room is new, renovated and clean..however, my room has no wifi access. i guess because of my room is in the corner and can't connect to wifi signal so we have to use internet at hotel business office.

3 of us stayed at this hotel for 3 days.But they provided us rooms, which are located in different floor. It was very complicated, because there are 5 or 6 different lifts to the guest rooms. Room is super small, not so clean, breakfirst buffet is not so delicious Location is good, near the main train station.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights, the hotel receptionist especially one was very rude and unfriendly. Hotel room was super small. And they charge extra for 10 hrs of wifi connection, which is ussually free in other hotels. Overall I had a bad experience in this hotel and honestly think that should rate it down to a two star hotel

건물이 낡아서 바퀴가 나왔고 매우작은 냉장고에 음료수가 가득차서 사실상 쓸수가 없었다

숙소 위치는 콜로세움이랑 가깝고 위생, 친절도 다 좋았습니다. 하지만 체크인 당일 방이 모두 꽉찼다며 업그레이드를 해준다는 말에 기대하고 방에 들어갔으나 케리어 1개도 제대로 펼 수 없는 정말 침대 하나 들어갈 수 있는 사이즈의 방이었고 샤워실 물은 잘 빠지지 않아 조금만 물을 사용해도 금방 발이 담궈질정도로 물이 차올라서 매우 불편했습니다. 화장실에 있는 라디에이터는 언제는 켜지고 언제는 꺼지는 일이 허다했도 외풍때문에 창가에서 자는 사람은 추워서 잠을 깨는 일도 종종 있었어요. 아무리 특가로 예약을 했다지만 너무한다 싶었습니다. 로마를 다시 온다면 다시 오지 않고 싶은 호텔로 기억함

서비스가 정말 좋아요~ 직원들도 친절하고, 바로 앞 버스정류장에서 버스로 로마 명소 어디든 갈 수 있어서 접근성도 용이해요!!! 지하철 거의 안타고 버스로만 이동했네요~

Estuvimos alojados mi esposa y yo , nos parecio buen lugar , para realizar visitas caminando aprox entre 15 y 20 min. y para ir al vaticano esta la resatcion del metro republica a unas cuadras , desayuno bien aceptable, quedamos conforme con el servicio.

Excelente hotel . Lo mejor la ubicación . A 400 mts de la estación Republica del metro . A 800 mts mts de estación Termini . A 900 mts de la fuesnte de Tripton. Lugar seguro para caminar .muchas tiendas . Restaurante a un costa do Anciata Franciata excelente. Riquísima la comida. Las instalaciones muy buenas . Cuartos amplios / personal muy cordial y todos hablan muy bien español lo k facilita muchísimo . Recomendado y deseando volver .

Llegamos al hotel bastante tarde, hicimos el check in y no hubo ningún problema en salir a pasear un rato por el centro, ya que lo tienen abierto las 24h. Al día siguiente, nos decidimos a pagar el buffet que no habiamos contratado desde un principio y fue la mejor elección que hicimos por que tuvimos un trato excelente de parte del camarero y el mismo buffet contaba con una amplia gama de alimentos , desde fruta hasta "beans". A 15 min. de la fontana de trevi, este hotel ha cumplido con creces nuestras expectativas.

“Bel hotel en plein centre”

Sur la via nationale en plein centre à proximité de tous les centres d'intérêt de la ville. Possibilité de tout visiter à pied, mais également proche du métro si l'on ne veut pas se fatiguer. Grande rue commerçante. Tout près du forum, mais aussi de la fontaine de Trevi ainsi que de la gare. Superbe entrée à fresques. Personnel aimable et efficace. Vraiment très agréable

被分到了6楼的一个房间，6楼竟然只有2个房间独享1个电梯，电梯只能2个人挤进去的那种。门口就是公交车站，去火车站或者各大景点都很方便，不含早餐200多一晚，完全符合预期。由于疫情影响又续订了2晚，和前台说一下就行。周围治安挺好，对面有家超市，有种方便面炒面挺好吃的，回来时还带了几桶回来。

“性价比非常高”

这家酒店是这次意大利游性价比最高的一家，700RMB不到一晚，房间很大，位置好，就在民族大道的中间，距离罗马中央火车站1公里左右，走路几分钟就到了。
