I had been informed to be charged 14 EUR as a city tax fee by Agoda notice in reservation confirmation sheet. But in checkout day AD HOC manager requested me 24 EUR. I asked him why he request additional amount differently. Later he told me he could request me cleaning fee 10 EUR. I didn't get the information about cleaning fee from AGODA. If someone stay this flat, he would be charged CLEANING FEE additionally.

Excellent location, the street felt relatively safe as the shops are opened till night. Only 5min walk from Central railway station Roma Termini. Room is very clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom is clean too, hairdryer provided. However, not allowed to use kitchen but kettle is available to boil water. Overall recommended stay in Rome!

Our quad room is one of the 4 rooms in a unit within an old building block very near to Roma Termini Station. Location wise is perfect within 500m radius to Termini Station which serve all transport networking (trains, metro and buses). The building block is old. To get into the unit, we need to go into the building, walk through dim lighted passages which may not be comfortable to certain people but we r fine with that. Then there is an old lift (or u can walk up) to bring us up to the unit that we booked. Once into the unit with 4 rooms and 2 shared washroom, it is totally different - good space, bright and clean. We felt comfortable with our stay, though there was still some hiccups like one of the two hairdryer available is not functioning, not enough chairs in the common pantry/ kitchen, and not enough hook to hang clothes / towels in the washroom. But no big issue at all. And we got very good rate booking through Agoda.

“Good base for a short break”
Simple and clean guest house. Good communication with staff. Unfortunately our aircon didn't work, but they were kind enough to offer us a discount because of this. Would stay here again.
