ホテルの位置は良いが、ビューを除いてホテル全体の印象はあまり良くない。まず、朝食レストランの食器の衛生状態が良くなく、デスクの対応スタッフの態度も良くなかった。最後の旅行先の宿泊先だったが、全体的に今までの宿泊先の中で最悪だった。

ミラノからの列車が到着する「Princhipe」からメトロで１駅の「Darsena」駅下車。 ２分も海側を歩けば嫌でも海賊船が目に入り、その真ん前。 私の部屋はその海賊船側だったので、子供連れの騒ぎがうるさかったです。 逆側は静かなマリーナなのでそんなことは無いと思いますが。 朝食はまあまあだけど、10時までというのがマイナスポイント。 部屋は清潔でバスタブもうれしかったが、そこそこ払ってるので割安感はあまりないです。

清潔で素敵なホテルでした。夕食におすすめのレストランを教えてもらい出かけましたが，そのレストランも素敵でした。港に面した良いロケーションですが，周辺には物売りやたむろしている人たちが多く治安が悪いように感じました。

The hotel is located at the marina and close to a lot of major attractions and good restaurants. However the service of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived early in the morning and stored our luggage, so far so good. When we came back late in the afternoon to retrieve our luggage and room key, we were greeted with a long wait while the receptionist was taking on the phone. Finally another receptionist came, however she had no idea where our luggage was and asked us whether we knew where it was. Since when did it become the guest’s responsibility to know where your hotel stores luggage? In the end, she found our luggage in a conference room, and we were expected to haul our luggage all the way from the conference room to our room. It was one of the worst checkin experiences we had ever had.

Shower and air conditioning did not work in our ‘superior’ room. Food in restaurant was disappointing to just bad. Staff recommendations were either wrong or outdated. Will not stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and its my preferred hotel for when i visit Genoa. Hotel is located in the harbour with fantastic views of all the moored boats. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, Nespresso machine in the room which is a nice touch and only a 5-10 minute walk into the old town.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a perfect location, within 15 minutes of almost everything in Genoa, including being right beside the Aquarium, plus great restaurants are all around the area. I would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Before the Start of our cruise in Mediterranean we booked one night in NH Collection Marina hotel. the hotel is situated near the marina yacht port and walking distance from the old city center . The location is actually very convenient 500 m from city center, with numerous nice sights and monuments and shops. The hotel is also at about 800 m from the Cruise terminal and that is why it is very easy to stay there if you had to travel day before. The staff is pleasant and helpful to show all the interesting sights, the hotel has well furnished rooms in style with all amenities. Furthermore the hotel has a very pleasant restaurant with views over the waterside. All in All in excellent location, easy accessible by Volabus from airport in 15 min, by walk to city or to Cruise terminal and by walk to some of the main tourist attractions, (if you dont mind to walk 500m or 1000m). The Genua city is very pleasant and very wellcoming to tourists. (Be careful with traffic when crossing the road.

“安全な駐車場がある素晴らしい滞在先”
駐車場は大きな海賊船の真前（ホテルの入り口のすぐ前）に明るく照らされていました。 翌日の午後まで車をそこに置いて、湾エリアを観光することができます。 朝食は素晴らしく、スタッフはとても気配りがあり、個別のポットでお茶やコーヒーを持ってきてくれました！
