A good hotel location with 10 minutes walk to Pisa. I probably wouldn’t stay longer than a day in Pisa. Busy road to cross to get to walk to the main tourist bit. Pool looks slightly dated and it seemed like we were there out of season as the upstairs bar wasn’t open and the place seemed quiet. Friendly staff. Good small gym. Great views if you’re on the same side of the tower.

Besides the hotel facilities are dirty all over the place, when we were calmly relaxing in the pool we were confronted by a very loud party of a family having brunch next to us. Inadmissible on a 5 star hotel. Also wi-if is not suitable in the pool area.

We are a family of 6 and booked 3 rooms for a 2 night stay, we have been staying in Florence for 5 nights. Never have we had such a terrible experience in our entire lives, the hotel has five fake stars hanging on the wall with no shame. 2 out of the 3 rooms were acceptable, however in 1 of our rooms, we had no signal on TV, no Wifi, no water pressure and the water will go from burning hot to cold (took forever to shower) and was infested with mosquitoes (killed more than 10 during in 1 night) . We voiced this to the staff which they didn't believe us, checked the room and said things are working fine even when we proved it's not, for instance wifi not working = our phones not working. Shower issue = there is running water hence shower is working. Mosquitoes = don't open the window (and let them eat us alive?). The TV they fixed but some channels still didn't work = those channels simply don't work. It was worse than 3 star hotel rooms we stayed in China, not worth booking this place

We stayed here for one night travelling through to Tuscany. I booked this hotel looking at reviews and photos. Although the interior is nice it’s located next to a busy road, main junction to Pisa as well as close to railway, so not as peaceful as you might think. We arrived later than we expected after a delayed flight, it seems that the place closes completely at 11pm! The bar was closed and the room service finishes at 11pm as well! So it was a ghost town. Breakfast is appalling! Coffee out of the automated coffee machine, the selection is very limited, juice is from cheap concentrate and tastes like chemicals, jams are from a dispenser looks like sugar and concentrate. The only thing that was edible probably the pancakes from the machine and cereals and all of that for €16 each! The staff on reception are pleasant, however can’t say the same about the rest. Showers are horrendous, hot and cold water switches randomly, I almost got burned! I was close to tears by the time we left..

+ Wonderful view, comfortable beds, helpful emplyees and good breakfast. - showertemperature uneven, broken hairdryer and missing vegetables (cucumber/tomato) at the breakfast.

We show up around 10:30 PM, traveling from Rome, the restaurant on site had just closed the kitchen, we’ve ask about any other restaurant open at that time in the area, even if was just a some pizza delivery, we were told the were ALL closed, on a quick search online we learned that was not the case, ask them to call for some delivery for us, once again we were told they were all closed we insisted for them to make the call, couple minutes front desk call us saying it’s closed, we decide to drive to the place and for our surprise the place was open and vibrante with customer.

We booked through agoda and on there website they advertised an array of facilities this hotel had to offer which it didn’t! For example the pool was not open it was completely drained down, there was a roof top terrace and bar this was not open, the air condition in the rooms could not be used (the rooms are all wall to ceiling glass rooms creating a greenhouse effect), there is no spa or steam room, there was mould in the bathrooms, the grout around the bath kept falling out, are balcony were not clean they had looks of debris such as soil and leaves that had built up over the winter. We stayed as a group of six and would rate this hotel a three star at max. It a 30 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa for 6 mid 20 adults. We stay in hotels all around the world of all different standards and this one I was very disappointed by the star rating needs adjusting and more clarification on facilities. One thing of note is the rooms are very large with a lot of space, which was nice.

The staff were friendly and moved me to a room with a better view but only the more expensive rooms have the leaning tower view which was fair enough. The room windows were nice and huge and the shower was powerful the halls and foyer was beautiful too. It was too far out and the buses stop running at like 10 or something and there’s not much around the hotel in terms of food. It didn’t feel like 5 star, maybe 4 but I wouldn’t stay here if I go Pisa again.

The hotel, was nice, but not 5 star, more like a good 3 star.The reception staff were very helpful,but The bar staff were lazy, one almost threw my drink at me when I asked for another( i’d Only had one.) but the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was poor. The swimming pool was empty. Gym was ok, basic. If you’re looking for 5 star this is not it.

In no way is this a five star hotel. Possible as a 3 star. Service and facilities were poor and unskilled. If it’s a seasonal hotel then it should be shut out of season. Room size was good though but facilities in the room were old and of bad quality. I would not recommend.

We were upgraded when we arrived so had a beautiful view over field towards the leaning tower and mountains behind. Room was very clean and comfortable. Of course it's not really a city centre hotel and a bit of a walk to get anywhere, but we understood that when booking it and we'd just have to get taxis. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quieter spot with spacious surroundings.

Good location beautiful sunset overlooking at the leaning tower of Pisa. The restaurant is not open 24/7 but maybe better to try the restaurants around the tower. Would def come back

Check in and out was fast and easy breakfast was the worst it was very busy there was no food and no staff to check us in for our table. we waited over a hour and they only brought out what people was complaining there was none of. The hall ways has not been vacuumed for a few days (at least) there was nobody to help us to our room we had to take our cases and find the room alone. The free WiFi logs out as soon as your phone closes and you have to complete all information again. as I said it’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s modern that’s about it.

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels throughtout the world, this hotel is stated as a FIVE STAR HOTEL! - But i think otherwise more like a high three star hotel. Quality of rooms - I booked a superior room, so I expected that the room would be of a decent standard but the rooms looked ordinary and were not up to 5 star standard (Poor quality furniture & design of the room, cracks in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work, but the rooms were clean & tidy. No Kettle or tea/coffee facilites in the room, and the shower smelt of pee. Corridors are dark with limited lighting - maybe this is the style of the hotel? Swimming pool is only avaliable during the summer - this is fine as it is cold during October. There is also a gym avaliable on the top floor. Breakfast is provided by a seperate restaurent from the hotel, and this was the most terrible part of my stay. The service was awful, there were only 2 visible staff (who spoke little english) working in the restaurent, one was clearing a few tables (but not mine and few others) and other was taking orders to the kitchen. The ambience / presentation of the the tables felt like a low class restaurent. There are 2 to 3 cereals & juices, small amount of fruits avaliable, toast/bread & pastries. They also serve yoghurt, meat options and egg, but the egg didn't look very appetizing Lots of flies flying around though. You need to make tea and coffee yourselves in other hotels in Italy they provide this to your table! The receptions staff were very polite & helpful and the bar in the reception looked nice, but I had no time to enjoy any drinks. The hotel is 25 mins away by walking to the city centre - at the start of the walk on the cross roads you need to dodge traffic as there are no crossings, later you need to travel 5 - 8 mins through a smelly / dirty underpass. FYI - cars will most likely not stop for you at zebra crossings across Italy.

The hotel was nice and clean, quite stylish and modern but that's where the compliments stop. Restaurant staff were rude, poor customer service, no sorry, no customer service, we tried to ask about a minor issue and from that point was basically ignored while an Italian couple wanted for nothing, we were then kept waiting and never got offered a drink at all. Reception staff was more interested in looking at her phone on booking out. The pool was closed, the wifi was poor and dropped out all the time and the cash machine devalued the exchange rate by 15 cent off pound/ euro. States 5* but not at all hotel room and areas is 3 or at best 4, staff are 1*. Very disappointed indeed and definitely not 5 star!!

We read a few bad reviews but thought it couldn't be too bad because it's a 5 star hotel. However the rooms are run down (3 star), the pool needs to be renovated (2 star) and the shower didn't work (1 star).

“It should be 3 stars hotel”
The hotel need to be renewed . The wooden floor is full of scratches , Two lamps doesn't work , water is not clean in bathroom its yellow you need to let it run for while before using every time , the shower head is rusted and the temperature of water is always changing from hot to cold . I found small spider and couple of mosquitos . Water kettle was not cleaned it was filled with a tap water (which is dirty) and it smelled very bad
