Booked in for just one night on a 14 day holiday in Italy. Glad is was no more for the following reasons 1. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Mattress had my wife rolling off the bed in her sleep and she woke up with pain on her side. 2. In the bathroom, one of the towels had holes in them (worn out) and the sink had a massive crack and taps looked well scratched through. 3. No safe to put our valuables in 4. No ironing board 5. Breakfast was super limited in choice. No hot food apart from semi warm bacon. Egg variety was non existent - only cold hard boiled eggs offered 6. Staff in the restaurant just huddled together and stood around making you feel you didn’t exist. When asking for a coffee they just pointed you to the machine. One of the only positives was the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. For a Marriott hotel, this is way below par and out of over 25 hotels I’ve stayed at within the chain of Marriott’s, this has to be the most disappointing.

Pleasant reception staff but the room not in good condition , such as Holes in the wooden floor. Shower room not clean and no shower screen so wooden floor constantly wet.. A bit out of the centre and big supermarket close by.

The location of the hotel is disappointingly far from the town centre. We checked in on a Sunday and saw a sign saying the hotel's restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. It was quite pricy to take taxis from the hotel to other parts of Pisa, so we had to walk around and look for a restaurant at night - quite far. The reception staff was quite unpleasant, especially the lady. Not recommended.

Rather bad stay as the airco was not working properly and we needed it as it was a particularly warm day and baby was too hot. Also the checkin was a pain as we arrived earlier but the reception made us wait until 2pm to allocate us a room (although some rooms were available before 2 pm)

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No room service. Although at a push we were able to get hot water from a machine in the restaurant.

the location is a little bit far from the Pisa tower, but Pisa city is not big, we went to see the tower by walk. There's a huge supermarket just beside the hotle, very convenient. the hotel is beside the main road, so it's easy to take bus to the train station.

my stay was awesome even though the choices of buffet breakfast was very limited. But other than that, everything else was good. I like the new design of the hotel. Bed was comfortable too

Generally good. Hotel not far from shopping mall. Bus available close by, but it is much better if you have your own transport. The room nice and modern furnished. The bathroom very nice and modern, thus looked clean. Not far from centre. Checkin was slow since there was only one person.

We were looking for a one night stay at a decent hotel for a good price and AC Pisa Hotel fits the bill. Its around 5-10 minute drive from Pisa centre. The hotel is new and nicely furbished. The rooms are small but sufficient. The bathtub is oddly big for the size of the room though! Not a bad thing. However, food was slightly pricey and there's not much options surrounding the hotel.

ac pisa is a hotel-chain by marriott group. the location is not too far from the center of pisa & you can get almost anywhere by bus from this hotel. breakfast is good. staffs are very friendly & informative.

i stayed one night in this hotel with my girlfriend. the price, on agoda was good for the value. rooms are very nice, clean and modern. woke up too late for the breakfast, but seems to be good. only have to be aware that you will need a taxi to go to the city center (5mns) and that it's not always easy to find taxi in pisa. but ask taxi number at reception. also internet in the lobby is very expensive

周辺の宿泊施設と比べるとアクセスの便利さは劣りますが、部屋が非常に広く、フロントで対応してくれるスタッフはとても親切です。周囲が住宅地であるせいか、夜も静かです。薬局周辺より安全な感じがしました。駐車場も非常に余裕がありました。近くに大きなローカルマーケットがあるので良いです。朝食も普通です。ただ、近くにレストランがほとんどないため、夕食の場所を見つけるのが少し面倒でした。総合的にレンタカーを利用する旅行者には本当に良い宿泊施設になるでしょう。
