I think it is an ideal location if you want to be in the centre of the city -all the major city sites were 10 minutes walk from us -so we didn't spend any money on subway or tram - there were a lot of halal food shops around .so what we spent on th ehotel fee we saved in other ways becuase our priority was to be in a clean and spacious room which we got-staff were friendly and helpful and they knew english .I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would use again .

Hotel good, (missed complimentary water) / no breakfast facility. But location great (next to M4 metro / linate airport). But the staff was exeptionally friendly and helpfull! Thank you so much

The only real negative is that the hotel listed the option to book an airport transfer / shuttle, which usually is cost effective, but it was 140 Euros… the same price as an Uber. If we had known it was this expensive and there’s no real benefit of booking though the hotel, we would have looked for the metro routes. And the hotel staff definitely expected us to book another for our return, implying it’s very time consuming and long to get public transport, when it’s simply a couple metro changes. Other than the above, our stay was very nice. The reception staff were very friendly. And the building and furniture are beautiful. It would have been perfect if they had space and facilities for breakfast options, but there was a kitchen space in my room so you could save money by eating in. Would recommend for anyone after a hotel with great history

The decoration and details are really artistic.shower space is a bit small. staff are friendly and helpful. But it is so inconvenient that there is no iron I can use, not even one in the hotel, I think it is not very difficult to have one or two kept in the hotel so people can use.

Checking in to the hotel I was informed that I would be upgraded to a junior suite, always a positive! When however I arrived in my room and attempted a shower, I found the head held together by tape, rendering it impossible to use. Upon calling the front desk I was told that they could come and repair ... another tape solution or I could wait until another room became available. Why place a guest in a room that has the shower head taped in the first instance.. If you are after a quaint experience in a central location this is not the property. Decor is tired and there is a musty odour which permeates throughout the hotel. Paying a premium for a sub standard experience.

We only had one night at Petit Palais however with its little kitchenette it would be perfect for longer stays. Very charming property and staff were lovely. Highly recommend.

The room was very beautiful and clean, and the location was good. However, the hotel is situated at an intersection, and if you stay in one of the rooms facing the street, it can be really noisy. Unfortunately, this time I was given a room right next to the intersection. I’m very sensitive to noise, and with cars passing by all night, I could hardly sleep at all. Since some travelers are not bothered by noise, I can still recommend this hotel. But if you’re sensitive to noise, make sure they don’t put you in a room close to the intersection.

세상에서 제일 낭만적이고 좋았던 호텔입니다. 호텔 인포의 담당자분은 어쩜 그리 친절하신지 ㅜㅜ 밀라노에 가게 되면, 반드시 이 호텔로 다시 갈거에요. 방에 딸린 작은 테라스는, 세상 제일 좋은 낭만적인 기분을 느끼게 해주구요. 400년 되었지만 잘 관리되는 호탤 내부의 고전적인 인테리어는 아름답습니다. 지하 1층의 조식도 좋았어요. 지하 1층의 레스토랑은 인테리어가 예뻐 지하라는 느낌이 전혀 없었구요. 호텔 중간에 딸린 중정도 예쁘고, 그냥 다 좋은걸요.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Bett ist bequem. Das Bad sauber und hübsch. Die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. Bei offenem Fenster hört man allerdings die relativ laute Straße sehr gut. In Mailand gibt es viel Verkehr ;) Es gibt keine deutschen Sender im TV. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer kam pünktlich, war aber unvollständig. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Die Lage ist recht gut, zwischen Dom und Navigli. Es gibt aber sicher zentralere Hotels in Mailand. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und prunkvoll, wenn auch etwa verstaubt. Der Innenhof ist wirklich sehr klein und das Frühstück kann man vergessen: Das Angebot ist recht überschaubar und man sitzt in einem grauenhaft überklimatisierten Keller - sehr ungemütlich. Leider mussten wir Posten aus der Minibar bezahlen, die wir gar konsumiert hatten, das Personal war hier leider ziemlich stur. Alles in allem: Ok, buchen wir aber beim nächsten Mal nicht wieder.
