Overall very nice place, convenient location, just 5 minutes metro ride away for the flixbus station and 15 minutes away from Duomo. Stuff is very nice. For the price I would expect a larger room with a kettle or coffee machine and better lighting.

I will never book a hotel through the agoda system again. The hotel room we received was not the one we booked. The staff was very attentive and nice. The room was very small.

Close to the metro and very accessible. Our room was in the ground floor and it was very tidy. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower is quite low and the water wasn’t very hot. Other than that, great staff and great breakfast

Everything is good but only the hand shower not working, so can’t not even shower. Called front desk but the answer is too late to check it because the keeping already off!

Location wise, it's really convenient. Other than that nothing much to shout about for a 4star rated hotel.

This place is super close to the downtown area. The room has its own style, very charming. My daughter loves their pinky little beds. The only thing we didnt like was they didnt provide a kettle. We need it for a cup of tea or coffee in the winter weather.

It's a few train stop fron Milano Centrale but very easy to commute. 2 minutes away from thr Station. I stayed for 1 night but I regretted not staying for the 3 nights I stayed in Milan. Very clean & posh room at the rate I paid. Staff is very friendly for an Asian visitor

This was graded a 4 star hotel but was not to that standard anymore. However our price was OK. Location was excellent with bus and metro stops outside the door. Parking in the hotel compound was ridiculously expensive at 18Euro a night. We parked a block away in a free area. Staff performance was a bit mixed. Good english so no problem there, help with our bags, but the Desk Manager who checked us in was either a bit jaded or he had an extremely dry sense of humour. We gave him the benefit of the doubt. Our lady the next day was excellent and very helpful. The room was large but the furnishings were getting a bit tired. However - or the price we paid we were happy.

Extremely bad，especially as a Asian, the cleaner madly dropped their maps without reasons when they saw you.The insulation was bad where you can be waked up during the mid night .You can clearly listen the guys taking shower,but the reception is good of her atitude.This is the only praise.

The on-site charges (service fee and city tax) of *** were paid twice: once at check-in and once at check-out. Bedding was not changed daily; they only tidied up the room. Breakfast was mostly carbohydrates, making it difficult to find protein options. The hotel's facilities were lacking. Very expensive for what is offered. Stayed due to EICMA, but would not choose this hotel again for personal expense. If staying on company expense, a 5-star hotel is recommended.

“Neat to metro Lotto”
Just next to Metro lotto which is so convenient. Bus station is just outside of the hotel too. If you are good in navigating with Google map, this is the choice as it is cheaper as compare to those in city center. But public transport around is too easy with this hotel
