フロントデスクのスタッフは皆親切で丁寧でした。道案内、推薦、印刷など、すべてが優しい親しみで提供されました。ハウスキーピングスタッフも、リクエストに迅速かつ礼儀正しく対応してくれました。部屋は少し古いですが、快適で居心地が良いです。

部屋は広くて清潔でした。中華街の近くです。トラムは角のところにあります。タクシーの方が良い選択肢で、価格も手頃でした。スタッフは素晴らしかったです。ピザのテイクアウトルームサービスを頼み、とても美味しかったです。スーパーマーケットは3ブロック先にあります。ミラノの観光地やドゥオーモまではタクシーで20分、またはトラムで2本です。近くにはたくさんの飲食店があります。また泊まりたいです。

完璧な宿所ではありませんでしたが、そこなりにうまく利用しました。 <長所> 1. 空間が広い点。 私たちは3人でしたが、荷物を置くスペースや座る場所など、動きに不便はありませんでした。 2. 朝食が安くて美味しいです。 ミラノは物価がそれほど安くないのですが、一般の飲食店で食べる費用よりも安く利用でき、料理も多様です。スモークサーモンも提供されており、ヨーグルトも個包装であるのが気に入りました。 3. トラムから近い位置で、市内移動が便利でした。 <短所> 1. 清掃状態があまり清潔ではありません。 カーペットの上に水が染みたような跡があり、トイレの内側の水垢が取り除かれておらず、バスタブの水がなかなか抜けない感じです。 2. バスタブが狭すぎて、シャワーを使うとどんなに注意してもバスルームの床に水が飛び散ってしまい、バスルームの床には水が流れる場所がないため、水没状態になります。シャワーブースが非常に不十分で、水はねを全く防げません。それでも午後に予定を終えて戻ると、水没状態はきれいに解決してくれる点は幸いです〜^^ 3. ヘアドライヤーがバスルームに固定されているため、他の人が入浴していると髪を乾かせません。 4. 照明が全体的に暗すぎます。明るい照明が一つでもあれば良いのですが、明るい場所はバスルームだけなので、他の人が入浴しているとメイクや鏡を見る場所がありません。最低限、ドレッシングルームが別にあって明るければいいと思います。 5. 金庫が動作しません。 バッテリーが切れたのか、ボタンにライトが点灯しません。もちろん金庫は固定式ではなく、誰でも持ち出せる形なので、重要な物を入れておくつもりはありませんでした。 6. 中華街の近くなので、場所がある路地は少し古びていて、防音があまり良くなかったと思います。

予定に問題が生じて早朝に到着しましたが（事前にメールで連絡しました）、フロントのスタッフの方がとても礼儀正しく対応してくださり、私たちはレンタカーがあるので駐車場が必要でしたが、ここは無料駐車場です。 他の場所では宿泊にお金を取るところもあるみたいです。 駐車場も広く、市内へのアクセスも便利です。 少し歩けば地下鉄があり、ドュオーモまで4駅でした。 ホテルの近くには少し中国料理店やマッサージ店もあって良かったです。 マッサージも受けました~~~

レオナルドホテルは市中心部に非常に近く、パルコセンピオーネまで徒歩10分、ドゥオーモまでは30分です。周辺には素晴らしい食事場所がたくさんあります。地域は非常に賑やかです。ホテルは少し古めかしいですが、私には特別な魅力があります。すべてがとても清潔です。 ホテル内のレストランは素晴らしく、最高のナポリピザがあります。

Vanessa at the front desk was very nice. Dark skinned person at front desk was not helpful. Three Asian youths from the neighborhood were allowed to access the lounge. They were watching me and my luggage.
