フロントの対応は早くカンジがよかったです。また、朝食もそこそこ食材があり（チーズ・ハム有。フルーツやヨーグルトもあり。）それなりに美味しかったです。ホテル自体は新しい物ではないと思います。我々は乗り継ぎのみの短期滞在でしたからあまり気になりませんでしたが、家具などは古く、お部屋も暗いように思いました。滞在を楽しむスタイルではないと思います。駅から近いのが我々には重要でした。

Quite centrally situated, with a paying private garage. The rooms are looking tired but apart from that all is fine.

It’s clean, but the staff — especially the receptionists — don’t greet you even when you pass in front of them. And when you’re inside the room, you can hear everything from the other rooms, and outside you can also hear the noise of all the vehicles

Title says what's important, staff went out of their way to help, even upgraded to a suite so I could have a safe. Hotel is dated, but clean. Very central, 3 mins from train station. Shower could do with some help, huge pressure, floods the bathroom!

Hotel is nice, pool was great. Location is about 15 minute walk to metro. There are some small shops in area. We ate at dinner at hotel as there was nothing close by.

Within walking distance to all the Messina attraction. Paid parking provided. Spacious room. The staff are helpful and friendly. They upgraded my room.

The upper side of the entrance is completely closed off due to extensive exterior renovation. It is dangerous to acess right now unless you enter from the lower side of the block. The hotel is extremely close to the Messina Centrale train station and ferry, however we took a taxi from the train station because of luggage and the driver charged us a flat 20€ for the very short ride! Beware! Breakfast is ample, typical of other hotels in Italy. The servers plate your food for safety. Our room is huge with a walk-in closet and modern bathroom.

It is nice hotel. Good locatin(near station,bus terminal,ferry pier) Hotel staff is kind and room is comfortable and breakfast is so good. But I think price of this hotel is a little expensive.

Difficile de le trouver car à l'adresse en question, y a un glacier ! en fait l'hotel se trouve complètement à l'opposé en bas du dit boulevard ! et bien taper T. cannizarro sur le GPS si vous tapez que cannizzaro, c'est les bas quartier de Messine ! Parking sous terrain pour la voiture mais attention aux voiture basses, sol très incliné pour descendre, et impossible d'accès aux gros 4x4. Accueil correct, pas de surprise, Wifi dans l' hall Pour manger, plein de restos autours dans les petites rues

Ich war mit meiner Angehörigen unterwegs, wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, nur die Eingangstür zum Zimmer war etwas durchlässig. Das Personal war überaus aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Das Royal Palace Hotel überzeugte uns vor allem durch die zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Viele Kommentare kritisieren die Vintage-Einrichtung der Zimmer, die wir sehr sauber und gut gepflegt vorfanden. Die Einrichtung selbst war gut zusammengestellt und funktional. Mit dem Frühstücksbüfett waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt haben wir sehr bereut, dass wir nicht noch eine weitere Nacht bleiben konnten.

Guter Service, Autoparken u. -vorfahren durch Personal. Ruhige Atmosphäre. Promptes Reagieren auf Wünsche. Wir würden bei dem nächsten Aufenthalt in Messina wieder das Hotel buchen. Die Adresse müsste eindeutiger sein, damit der Navi sie finden kann.

Il parcheggio ti costa un extra di 15 euro...120 euro spesi malissimo 4 stelle anche no...arredamento rimasto agli anni 80...il bidet non funzionante l'acqua non scendeva poiché il tappo non si alzava...colazione scarsissima e poco varia per un 4 stelle
