部屋は古く、あまり清潔ではありません。車があれば場所は良いですが、都市中心部まではまだ12〜15分かかります。

ホテルは非常に気持ちい部屋・対応でした。ただロケーションがいまいち。ジェノバ駅からもﾀｸｼｰで9-13ﾕｰﾛほど、周辺にはｽｰﾊﾟｰなどもなく少し不便。高速を利用して出かけられるには非常に便利。

Worst night sleep we have had in any hotel 😣 We paid for a superior room and I couldn't see the difference to a standard room. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Pillows were probably half the size of a standard pillow and. Very lumpy. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked into this hotel as the starting point to visit cinque Terre and Genoa. The hotel is located close to the highways and is therefore excellent for those who are traveling by car. It offers the facilities of a garage at a cost. The breakfast is normal but from 8 am onwards it gets really disorganized with items finishing and taking a while to being replenished. Moreover the staff there could so with some additional help since they can barely catch up with the consequence of queues forming outside the dining area. One evening we had dinner at the hotel -a buffet of 23 eurper person. There was one type of pasta and one type of meat and some salad items and one type of fruit. Overall it was not bad. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the nearest metro station and the metro runs between 7am to 9pm. The surrounding area is really nothing to write home about. Overall apart from the location of the hotel, there is not much which would convince me to go back there.

If you are sightseeing this is not the hotel for you as it is on the other side of Genoa. We expected a bit more being a Novotel, meal was acceptable after a day of travelling but wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there.

Room was just okay, but my friend had to sleep on a cot, even we booked a twin room. The bathroom was not really modern and a little bit smelly. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. Parking at the hotel was a little bit pricey. Walk from the hotel to the city takes some times (appr. 30 minutes if you walk fast).

There weren't any good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel so we ended up eating in the hotel restaurant. The dinner was awful and overpriced and the breakfast buffet was just okay.

we had a good and trouble free stay in Novatel Genova even though the location is a bit far from the Centre. However, it is dated with minimum supply of bathroom and tea/coffee materials. Most disappointing was the paper thin plastic cups available only in the room.
