場所、清潔さ、部屋や朝食ビュッフェのレイアウトはすべて素晴らしかったです。本当に助かりました。この場所が際立っているのは、サービスとスタッフの態度です。出会ったすべての人が明るくて親切でした。数十年の旅行の中で、ホテルでのサービス体験の中で本当に最高のひとつです。そして、場所はフィレンツェでやりたいことのほとんどには理想的です。そして、朝食ビュッフェはほとんどのヨーロッパのホテルよりもはるかに優れていました。新しい体験を試すのが好きでなければ、私は間違いなくここに再度宿泊します。そして、今でもそうするかもしれません。

橋を渡ったところにあり、サイトから3〜5分なので静かで良いが、まだ近いです。2つのベッドを合わせて「キングベッド」を作っていますが、これはヨーロッパでは結構一般的らしいです(?). スタッフはとても親切でした。

私たちはポンテヴェッキオスイート＆スパに4泊しましたが、素晴らしい滞在でした。スタッフは非常に親切で助けてくれました。ロケーションも完璧で、部屋は広々としていました。唯一の欠点は、2つのシングルベッドがくっつけられていたため、真ん中に滑り込んでしまい、睡眠に影響が出たことです。それ以外はすべて素晴らしかったです。

I would highly recommend this hotel for value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, clean and modern. The included breakfast was quite good.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the main tourist area, but basically very close to one of the most popular, pedestrian, bridges. We found the location perfect. The apartment we got was very spacious, clean and nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay there again.

The room was well appointed and very clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare our own charcuterie plates. The housekeeping was spotless. The staff, Andre and Tatanis (as well as others) helped us with directions, recommendations and always offered help in a welcoming and professional manner.

I like this hotel that it provided with a comfortable room and nice location near Ponte Vecchio, it might cost you a taxi if you are traveling with huge luggage, but if you want to go anywhere just by foot, the main site of Florence can be reached under 15 minutes!

“My heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff”
My passport was stolen in the city, but with the help of the hotel staff, I was able to return home safely. I am very grateful for the warm cooperation of the hotel staff. I look forward to meeting you all again
