フロントスタッフは全く役に立たず、来客を常に無視しています。ハウスキーピングスタッフはあまりにも多くの部屋を担当していて、部屋が常に利用できなくなっています。私たちはそこに3泊しましたが、1日の掃除をお願いしただけなのに、午後7時までに私たちの部屋は掃除されていませんでした。これは本当にばかげています。フロントスタッフとの対比が大きすぎるので、ホテルはフロントからハウスキーピングにもっとスタッフを移動させるべきです。

水圧が素晴らしく（パートナーには必需品）、多くの extrasがありました。紅茶やコーヒーだけでなく、冷たい飲み物、カプセルコーヒー、シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、ローションなどもありました。他の場所では紅茶やコーヒーすら提供されないことがある中で、とても満足でした。また、部屋は非常に清潔で整頓されていました。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、部屋が準備できていたため、早めにチェックインできました（約20分早く）。チェックアウトの際には荷物を預かってくれました。 私たちの大きなスーツケースが2つあるため、フロアスペースは少し限られていましたが、小さなテーブルと椅子があったおかげで、コートを掛けるための収納も役立ち、バスルームには十分なスペースがありました。中央に位置し、あまり歩きたくない場合は、ここはおすすめできません。主要な観光地までは約15〜20分の徒歩です。これは不満ではなく、実際には鉄道沿いに近い場所を探していて、そこにピッタリでした。また、鉄道駅の外にはトラム停留所もあり、必要であれば利用できます（遠くはありませんが、私たちはあまり役に立つとは思いませんでした）。歩くことは気にならず、食欲を増やしたり、帰り道で食事を消化するのに役立ちました。 素晴らしい滞在ができ、再度予約したいと思います。

サミュエルによる優れたゲスト関係。 部屋は清潔で整頓されています。アメニティも充実しています。 駅のターミナルまで徒歩5〜10分。 ただし、夜は非常に静かになる傾向があり、所在地は駅の裏側にあるようです。 全体的に、ここでのホテル滞在は素晴らしかったです。ぜひお勧めします。

全体的に言えば、ホテルの施設はかなり良く、プール、小さなジム、バーがあり、朝食の選択肢も豊富ですが、百花大教堂、ウフィツィ美術館、旧宮殿などの観光地まで徒歩には少し距離があります。ホテルは駅からとても近いので、短期間の滞在や次の都市への移動には適していますが、駅周辺の治安はあまり良くないので、女性が一人で駅を通る場合は注意が必要です。 ホテル自体はリゾートに適していますが、フィレンツェに来たら大多数の人は観光地に行きたいと思うでしょう。体力に自信があるなら大丈夫ですが、夏に行くなら非常に暑いので十分に考慮してください。 ホテルの清掃についてですが、ある日ホテル内にいるとき、客室清掃の際にコーヒーのカプセルとタオルの交換だけでいいと言いました。そのとき私は部屋にいて、清掃スタッフがトイレの水道の水で私が使ったコップを適当に洗い、すぐにそのコップを戻すのを見て少し驚きました…。

フィレンツェ駅から徒歩5分、近くて静かです！2階または3階の部屋を予約することをお勧めします。そちらの方が素敵です！最も安い部屋は古いトイレです。
