Nice clean single room with attached shower. Location is a 15min bus ride from town. Bus stop just outside hotel. Fast and easy to get to town. Nice simple breakfast provided. Only issue was weak wifi as my room was at the end of building. Benny Singapore Oct 2017

The hotel is ok for a few days, the room really clean, the desk guy helpfull and freindly, the breakfast pretty good (continental only), the AC is locked at 24 C and was ok for my room. The stair is the main issue, I stayed only one night and left my 50 KG baggage in the car. You better be fit to bring the bags to your room.

Arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM - NO LIFT, NO POTTER, so had to carry 23kg luggage up a very narrow SPIRAL STAIRS (42 steps in total) No help whatsoever! Finally reached the top and then left our luggage to explore a bit of the city until 2PM - which was the check IN time as advertised on the website. At exactly 2PM when we proceeded to check in, we were told by the unfriendly looking checking-in Italian man that due to carrying out some repair work to the room/hotel we CANNOT check into our room UNTIL 7PM in the EVENING! To which I replied WHAT? - 2pm was the check in time ADVERTISED BEFORE I CONFIRMED my booking in July and asked him where we were supposed to go until 7PM to which he gave NO response! I then proceeded to get my hotel booking reference number and credit card and asked the hotel to call AGODA in order for me to check on the status of THIS booking which I reserved and FULLY PAID for in full in JULY. Noticing that I was preparing to call and complain, he then stated that can check in at 2PM! Stayed for two agonizing nights! Room was extremely SMALL. Even though 2 SINGLE beds were requested on the booking! The entire 'Hostel' (falsely advertised as an hotel) had none. For a double room all OVER the world, a double room with TWO occupants as booked should be given 2 towels but only provided ONE. Extremely springy uncomfortable bed, BOX TV only had ITALIAN programmes (no subtitling) location was absolutely dreadful, in the middle of NOWHERE, no restaurants, sights, NOTHING. Smoking terrace was ok, nothing special. Please ADD a bIt more money and stay SOMEWHERE ELSE- this MOST DEFINITELY is an Hostel DISGUISED as an "hotel" - charging hotel prices. NEVER will I stay here ever again, nor recommend it to anyone! On October 5, when we departed to go home from another "so called" Hotel in Rome, OUR face, hands, stomach and back were covered in BED BUG Bites!

simple and convenient. It's clean with a decent breakfast. We returned quite late one night and to our delight found some croissants lying about in the dining room. Thoughtful gesture. The location is convenient as you can get a bus to the city center close by. However, it probably won't beat living in city center - value for money.

Sfatffs were only 2 lovely people, but they can barely speak English. If you want to check out before 8 a.m., there will be no staffs at the reception. The breakfast was too simple. There was no elevator, so you will have to carry your luggages by yourselves. The shower room is separated from toilet and located in the corner of your bedroom. Anyway, considering the price, you can save your budget.

We arrived in the area of Campo DI Marta in the evening with only a vague idea of how to get to the hotel. This was a mistake as it was dark the streets were quiet. We waiting for a taxi for 20 minutes and when one did arrive the driver wouldn't take us as he said it was very close to the station. He gave us brief directions but we were unsure. luckily we meet someone who was able to check the address on their iPhone and we hurried there. When we arrived at the hotel the main door was wide open and we were greeted by two flights of stairs, which was irritating (ps we are two girls with huge suitcases) we checked in and the host was, well not very welcoming. Language barrier is one thing and that can be dealt with but he was a little moody and this wasn't very reassuring. The room was ok but we were too tired to care. The morning was better, breakfast was simple but nice and the host was a little more cheery. You did on occasion feel slightly ignored as he was always talking on his handsfree kit when you needed to ask for something, like a towel or a map. In terms of location we walked into the centre everyday, it took about 40 minutes but it was a great way to travel. The cobbled streets are gorgeous and it's fairly easy to get at around.

i was quite surprised when I saw there's no elevator. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor that needs you to climb up some stairs. With some bulky luggage it was a bit hard(especially my suitcase handle was broken). However the owner is super friendly and nice, and he later helped me to fix my suitcase! There is a good gelato shop close to the hotel, and you can walk to the city centre in 20 minutes. Hotel is room is neat and simple, I wish the light was brighter. The complimentary breakfast is okay, I like the freshly grounded coffee made by staff. I would recommend this hotel to young travellers and budget travellers.

It's not thr Hilton, but it is clean and friendly with helpful staff. Number 11 or 17 bus stops right outside the door, and a short bus ride to the centre of Florence for only €1.20. No lift and on second floor with steep stairs, but there is a Cardiologist practice on level one if you have a cardiac arrest. Nice breakfast with typical Italian rocket fuel coffee makes a good start to the day.

Very comfortable and relax. Room is clean with in-room shower and air-condition, wifi. Share bathroom/toilet is very clean Feel safe and relax during my stay Easy to commune, bus stop no. 11 & 17 just in front of the hotel

This is a lovely hotel with big room. It feels like you are staying in someone's house and very cozy. However, the location is far from the main train station. Do not confused as this hotel is located near a smaller station. There is no lift so not recommended for those with big luggage. I was lucky that the owner get someone to help me carry my big suit case up upon checked in or else I will nvr be able to move my bag up.

Was just need something simple during my time at Florence, Emma does serve the purpose, cozy simple and clean. It's a walk-up apartment, quiet, small bath room, simple room with internet.

we got there on the intended date and found tht our booking through agoda was not in their books. however the issue was resolved quickly and we were given a bigger room for our first night. generally the little cozy hotel has a vintage and modern theme.the room has a mix of both modern and old feel to it.we had problems with the hot water in the shower but the problem was promptly fixed. at breakfast the coffee machine did not work.they had to call the technician to fix it while we sat weating at the table. please note thast the owner of the restaurant will be your receptionist as well as your morning breakfast butler. generally the room and places were clean and the location was convinient for all the main attractions in florence. it is your money worth.

I booked one single room with shared bath, but I was given a double room with in-suit bath. Hotel has a charming breakfast room and offers good choices of breakfast. It is a bit out of city center, but only 4 bus stops will take you to major attraction sights. Bus stop is right in front of hotel door. I got to see more Florence with bus rides to the hotel. Overall, great stay in a lovely hotel!

Spent 4 nights during the early Easter break 2012. Room rate was very reasonable. We were given a clean double-bed room with enough space. The owner was very polite and nice to provide a city map and tell about the public traffic between the hotel and the city center. He seemed to be very willing to help with any questions for the city. We enjoyed very much the complementary breakfast every morning in the small but very cozy dining room. You can ask the owner for freshly brewed espresso)s) or cappucino(s). The breakfast is basic, without plenty of choices but it is enough for the start of a day. The only one disadvantage is that it is not located exactly in the city center. But many bus stops nearby did solve the problem. Definitely will be back in our next visit to Florence.

ダブルブッキングのために他のホテルに変わりましたが、代わりのホテルUnghereseが良かったです。部屋は広くて中庭もありよいホテルです。シャワーの出も良く入りやすいですし、ロケーション的に静かです。 朝食も付いているし、スタッフの方は親切で優しく、スーパーマーケットやレストランの場所も教えてくれました。 中心部までは、バスで15分位掛かります。 短期間の滞在には良いホテルです。
