ドーモが見える部屋を予約。ベッドに上がって高窓から見るとよくドーモが見えます。朝食も美味しくスタッフも親切。ただ、ホテルの看板がなくわかりにくいのと フィレンツェ中央駅から歩いて10〜15分くらい石畳の上をスーツケースを引っ張って歩くのはちょっと辛かった。また、部屋はご多聞にもれず、他のフィレンツェ同様、老朽化しているので、近代的なホテルを考えている人には期待はずれかもしれません。

Very good location. 1 mins walking distance to the cathedral of santa maria. Walking distance to other attraction spots as well. 10 mins walk from santa maria novella station. Shop, eateries and groceries store are jus below the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful. They helped me to contact the hotel in milan and venice for cancellation refund due to covid-19 as i do not speak italian. They helped with foc, i am really grateful. Breakfast was really great. They even prepared one bottle of vitamin c for all the guest. Room is comfortable and clean.

The location of this property is just nice. Florence is a city that only can be visit by walking or bus. This hotel is near to the Florence central station , approximately 15min walking distance. Their staffs are friendly and helpful.

this is a totally different experience in all the hotels i have stayed. the hotel is in a different class. the front desk, the service, the quality of compliment breakfast are much higher standard than other 4 start hotels. if you are going to book one or two nights in Milan and fly out, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. it is about 10 minutes walk to the shuttle bus to airport, which departs every 20 minutes. it near subway station and train station, so it is very convenient. highly recommended from a happy customer.

The hotel is located just at the same building of Leonardo Da Vinci Museum. Very close to supermarket and many restaurants incl. Chinese resto. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The internet connection was very lousy. Comparing with the room rate to a 4 star hotel with better facilities, this 3 star hotel is quite pricey. Good only for a short stay and for young people, but not for a family with young children. After staying at this hotel for 1 night, we moved to a 4 star hotel, C-Hotel Ambasciatori which is much better with the same price

Arrived on June 17, and while I was provided with what the hotel staff said was a “superior room “ for 2 people, ( bed room & couch bed which could sleep another 2 persons ), the room was on the 4 the floor and totally unsuitable for my mother a senior, who walked with a cane., which they could see when we checked in. There were too many doors & too many keys to get into the room & once inside , far too many steps up & down to get to bed & toilet. We stayed 1 night & complained to hotel staff that on return from Florence , we would rather a less “superior room” , on a lower floor, totally flat requiring 1 key to get into the room..... a room more suitable for a senior lady with a cane. On June 20 our wish was granted just as requested.! Bravo to hotel staff that listened to their guest.... I would recommend this cute hotel, & will defiantly stay again 😊

Hotel is very close to all the main attractions in Florance. Staff wonderful, friendly and helpful. Hotel very basic but has everything you need. Very good restaurants in the area!

Was traveling with elderly person who had a cane. Roon given while was large had too many step & keys.. was totally understandable for elderly . Only stayed 1 night , but mentioned to staff to find another on our return fr Florence & they took note .. we will see

The staff at the Dome Hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. (They all seem to speak English.) They are very welcoming with snacks in the room, a tea time, and a great breakfast. The amenities were simple but comfortable. The air conditioning worked well on a 90+ degree (32+ degree Celsius) day. The location was perfect...really close to the Duomo and with most major attractions being walkable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We picked this hotel because of the location so we wont need to take taxi during our vacation. We got an upgraded room by the penthouse and it is pretty much spacious for a European standard. Breakfast is basic but can be filling. Would recommend it for its location.

“また泊まりたい”
スタッフさんはとても親切でした。また部屋はベッドとソファ、大きなクローゼットがあり、スーツケースをゆったり広げられるほど広くて快適でした。また朝ごはんの種類が豊富でとても美味しく、非常に満足しております。 欠点と言えば、他のイタリアのホテルでもあったことですが、シャワールームが生臭かったことくらいです。
