若い女性の受付係に温かく迎えられ、彼女は非常に親切でした。私はミスをしてしまいましたが、彼女はそれを楽に解決してくれました。食事をする場所についてアドバイスを求めると、近くの素晴らしいピザ屋を提案してくれました。空港までのタクシーも手配してくれました。ホテルは素敵で豪華で、ここに宿泊することを強くお勧めします。

私たちはオンラインで予約しましたが、到着後に€8の税金が請求され、チェックアウト時に再度何もないのに€4の税金が請求されました。彼らはホテルのタクシーが空港まで€20だと言いましたが、空港に着いたとき、運転手は€25と請求しました。彼らはただ追加のお金を取っています。しかし、全体的にホテルの施設はかなり大丈夫です。

The Mayor of the city decides this tax and the hotel earns nothing from it. Also, We apologize for the inconvenience about taxi but unfortunately we do not have decisional power about the taxi rates because this is a external service managed by companies. ベルガモ空港近くの最高の設備の宿泊施設です。 ベルガモ駅まで徒歩20～30分。 市内まで30～40分ほどかかります。 市内の宿泊施設より2～3万円安く、概ね満足しています。

It was nice but a lot of taxes at the hotel

Quite a good hotel, but it's situated a little away from the main citta alta. You will have to walk back to the train station for more food choices and getting basic necessities/supermarket.

Single night stop over, staff very friendly and speak enough English to counter my complete lack of Italian. Didn't spend enough time there to give a proper review but is definitely more than adequate as a stop over for the airport.

We stayed here for one night after a trip to milan to be closer to the airport as we had an early morning flight. Not the best idea as even though it is not to far from the airport it is not accessible direct from the hotel without hiring a taxi, you have to walk all the way back into Bergamo to get the bus to the airport. The hotel is definitely on the outskirts of town with very little around it apart from housing. The walk from the hotel to Bergamo bus station is about 2km so a 20 minute walk and a further 2km to reach the old city. The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were a little on the small side but a nice hotel for the price. What we did not appreciate was the surprise city tax that we had to pay on checkout. There was no notice of this on the website we booked through which said that all hotel charges and tax were paid. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Can not comment on breakfast as we didn't have time to eat before our flight.

the hotel is conveniently located nearby the airport and has a shuttle connection to the town of bergamo.breakfast is served partly outside with a good outfit especially for italian standards. staff is friendly and helpfull. hotel is well equipped for a medium size hotel. rooms, but also the rest of the hotel needs redecorating and modernisation. overall still good value for money.

“清潔で良い朝食、親切なスタッフ”
チェックインが遅く、一泊だけの滞在でしたが、次の目的地への途中泊として利用しました。空港に近いのでこのホテルを選びました。場所はとても清潔で、スタッフは特にマルコが親切で、道を尋ねた際に英語も上手でした。朝食は種類が豊富でした。ベルガモ中心部や空港に行くためのバス停まで少し歩く必要があります。
