Very nice hotel. From the amazing sweet Marit at the front deskon check in, and the whole staff on the front desk were all helpful. And the whole hotel staff where nice and always with a smile and helpful. The massage at the hotel spa was worth the money and the girls where so sweet. The restaurant on the roof was nice but the food was only okay. The only problem we had was trying to order room service the first day after a long trip, I had to go downstairs to order because the guy who answered the phone did not know what the menu was or what room service ment. But the staff when I went downstairs where very helpful and apologitic. And on checkout the beautiful smile of Marit was there again and was more then helpful. I recommend the hotel and me and my wife will return again. Thank you to the staff for the great service.

The hotel is quite beautiful,the lobby, the pool,the spa. Rooms are very nice, very nice breakfast. Definitely worth to choose a room with a view on the sea. The only thing is that you can hear your neighbours next door and The price is exaggerated. The service is not very professional but at least they try ,they are nice and smiling .

מלון מהמם חדש ! הצוות פשוט מדהיייים נותנים מענה לכל בקשה , חדר מהמם מרווח וגדול , הבריכה מהממת ומפנקת נסענו זוג ומאוד נהנינו . הנוף רובו לאזור בניינים פחות אסטטים ולשכונה . חוץ מזה מלון שיקי מאוד .

“Good place on Kinneret”
We looked around for an upscale but not luxury place in Kinneret for a night's stay, and found this. Not disappointed. Corner room had great sunrise view. Breakfast buffet was great. No complaints.
