こちらの写真に載っているのは恐らく本館の方です。私達は別館？少し離れた建物に連れて行かれました。 部屋自体は、掃除もきちっとされており綺麗ですが写真とはずいぶん違う印象です。 部屋に窓は無く、シャワー＆トイレがガラス張りになっているという少し変わった作りで、室内は暗い感じでした。 寝るだけと考えれば、特に問題は無いでしょう。

とにかく立地がよかったです。 カメルン市場までちょっとだし、海も近い。 スタッフも観光スポットを事前にインプットしてくれたり、近くのカフェを教えてくれました。 部屋もテルアビブの相場から考えると広い方なのではないかと思います。 朝食はついてないですが、カメルン市場も近く、朝からやっているカフェも少なくないので、特に不自由はなかったです。

看板が無いため、場所を探すのに近くを１時間も探しまわった。 近所の人に聴いても誰も知らなく、３人目でようやく知っている人がいた。 噂通り、スタッフの対応は非常に良かった。 価格も安く、部屋も非常にきれいだった。ただし、テレビは無い。 テルアビブに行った際には、また宿泊したい。

Staff was really helpful and friendly. However, We always had to wait for the boiled water for a shower, and it seems to be limited. We stayed at the top of the floors and it was so hard to climb to the room as the stairs were steep and narrow. It was a disaster.

Wi Fi was good. A bedside table and a place to put clothes would have helped. Only 2 chairs for 3 guests. For three guys over for the football it was ok but I wouldn't dream of taking my wife.

Location is amazing! Basic rooms but very clean ..and bonus - friendly cat living on the patio :) We enjoyed our stay - no complaints!

The narrow stairs were dangerous, especially when wet from the adjacent shower. The bathroom was minute. However, the staff were great, friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.

Loved the location and the staff. The room was simple and clean with sufficient space to stay organized. Bathroom is very small but the shower temp and pressure was easy to control. Lack of a shower base meant the entire bathroom floor gets wet

We chose this because we were looking for an apartment for 3 adults. It was a late reservation, so we were a little desperate. Finding the place was the first challenge. Finding a place to park was the second. The studio apartment is a basement with a steep stair down to a windowless room. It was relatively clean -- however there were dead bugs on the floor beside the bed. Could have used a microwave in the room. It was a noisy night since other tenants came in late and we could hear everything. Then the neighbour's dog started to howl early in the morning. There was also some kind of screaming argument on the second evening we were there -- we were trying to sleep before our flight at 0530.

I enjoyed staying there because the staffs were so friendly and helpful, helped us to find the taxi, called many times with patience, beautiful decoration in the reception main building.

We were 7 of us in group, staffs has guided us with all kinds of directions and contacted transport companies for us. Room was cosy, clean and nice. We stayed in the apartment which had two bed rooms and two bath rooms. Very near to Carmel wet market which was very interesting to see and buy whole sale priced sweets, snacks, fruits and vegetables. There are small restaurants and alleys with interesting things we can find. Near to the center of Tel Aviv shopping center.

the room turned out to be quite different from the pictures. i was slightly disappointed but the staff and receptionist were quite helpful and friendly

Upon arrival, we were told that we were upgraded to a better suite. Nice, we thought! We got a suite where the heating did not work. The hot water in the shower was absent. The phone did not work. The shower did not shower but only sprinkle water. During a power out the following evening, we confronted one of the owners about our accommodation challenges, whereas his immediate response was that they would fix the problems asap but we could always leave if we were not happy with the situation. All the problems were fixed during our stay and we were offered a compensation breakfast. On the day of departure, we were presented a bill of 243 USD for 5 kg of normal laundry. The receptionist claimed that this was the price. Only after a talk with one of the owners, again, it appeared that a mistake had been made, and the laundry bill was reduced to 24 USD. The hotel is in a great location, really!

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Located close to the beach. WiFi was working good.

upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by michael, he gave us map and explain where to go. he accompanied us to our room a few blocks from the reception. the room is simple but there is a kettle for hot water and supplies of tea and sugar. the following day we met nadav in the reception and he is approchable and you can depend on. there was a time during a wake-up call, i wasn't able to pick-up, he even went to our room at the next building to see if we are fine. there are 2 buildings, the main and the guest house so before you book ask first if it is the main or the guest house. the main looks new compared to the guest house. we stayed in the guest house but we only stay in the room to sleep because most of the time we were touring around israel.

The room was clean, air conditioned, and the beds quite comfortable. The only thing I might mention is the washroom. It is quite small, although not as small as the room in which we stayed later, and there is no shower curtain, so water gets everywhere in the washroom. However, there is always hot water. A nice touch was the pink beach towels and bag to take to the beach. Finally, breakfast was absolutely delicious. It is not included in the price of our room, but it is worth it and the service was top notch.

Although in a great location, the staff are less than helpful. Requests often go ignored as there appear to be many "hotel managers" who communicate poorly to coordinate customer requests. They also offer airport transfer for a rate well above the market price.

“仕方ない”
海や市場も近く場所は何処に行くにも便利だが、タクシーは入り組んでいり道で入って行きたがらない。レセプションの場所が分かり難いので看板など出したら良いのでは？部屋のそうじあは行き届いているが、私達の部屋は湿気ごこもり易い印象。隣の部屋とドア一枚の為、音が丸聞こえ。しかもドアの下に隙間があるので改善した方が良い。サイトの表示の料金が予約完了後に少し上がっていたのに驚いた。
