Hotel was very nice with.excellent staff. Great location. Right in the middle of everything. The televisions are a little finicky. However I would recommend this hotel. One caveat. Check in on Saturday is not until 8 30 pm.

I received excellent service from the hotel staff during my stay at this hotel. The only problem with this hotel is that the reception area is not opened 24 hours. It closes at 8:00 p.m. If one plans to check in after 8:00 p.m. and check out very early in the morning, special arrangement has to be made with the hotel beforehand. The guest room is well-furnished and well-equipped, but don't expect other facilities outside of the guest room, as the hotel is different from a normal hotel.

Location is the only positive thing. The building is dirty and when I arrived the elevator was not working. Had to climb stairs with bags and no signs to let people know what was going on. The staff were rude and unapologetic. Made me feel like I was being unreasonable in complaining about the elevator. Definitely NOT a 4 star.

“This in NOT a hotel. It's a short term rented apartment”
In a hotel, you would expect a receptionist. A room service. A cleaner. A hotel room. This is not a hotel. It's a short term rented apartment floor, In a pretty shady building. The service is not what you would expect. Actually, it doesn't exist. There's no breakfast. You are being given a voucher for a cheap restaurant nearby. The room is not as nice like in the picture. The apartment is relatively dirty... Especially from the outside but also all the lamps.... There is no lobby. There was a now proper facility... Just two flats apartment. Not the experience I had in mind.
