Our room was clean, spacious,and well-equipped. With one notable exception, staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet and service were particular good.

The hotel is uncomfortably crowded. It’s worn out, the doors are chipping and the carpet in the hallways is stained. The breakfast buffet is mediocre and no tables to sit at inside. Lines are huge, I don’t usually mind waiting for eggs, but here it’s just unreasonable. There was a huge line for coffee and even water.

Arrived early Monday morning and received a room before 11 am. The receptionist was great helped us feel settled his name was MAXIM. WE received a room with a great view. Clean comfortable beds and spacious. We went to the spa today early and had almost the entire spa to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious, many different salads, cheeses and other delicious food to choose from. The staff in the breakfast cafeteria extreme polite and helpful. Rate this hotel 10 plus.

It was okay. We had a really nice time, pool was nice. Spa and gym need a major renovation, felt very old.

The views are great. My room had a view of the mountains on the left, the other hotels on the center and the Dead Sea on the right. The room is furnished well, but it took a while for the air conditioning to cool the larger than 'usual' room. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. My only recommendation is that they mop the hotel room floor instead of just vacuuming it.

We had some problems at the reception, the hotel attempted to get more money from us than the reservation rate we made via Agoda, after a lengthy argument, the hotel's customer relations officer apologized and gave us some freebies to make it up to us. overall our experience was positive.

Where to start... We arrived at 8PM for a 2 night stay with my wife and newborn, my brother, his wife, his 3 years old and his newborn so we had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights. As soon as we checked in, the desk staff told us upfront that there would be extra charges for the kids (though they were on the reservation), we tried to explain that there were a mistake on their reservation but they wouldn't hear a thing so we had to argue with them for 2 hours at the reception with our kids crying as they were hungry and tired. MOST INCOMPETENT STAFF EVER. The next day, the water in our room was brown (normal for them apparently, one of the outlet next to the bed was burnt and of course the bathroom was flooded. The only thing they offered to fix the problem was a frugal fruit plate and a bottle of water to was our teeth with clean water. Eventually they changed our rooms after hours of arguing and offered a 30% discount for next time we come. OF COURSE WE WILL NOT AVOID THIS SCAM!!!

We selected the hotel for the spa and outdoor facility near the Dead Sea. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated and spa cleanliness because of the high traffic of packaged tours was very poor. We also got charged an extortionate amount for bringing a child when they could have charged us an extra breakfast. The overall experience and value for money (900 USD for 2 nights for a family of 5 with breakfast) was very low. On top of that, in terms of security there needs to be more staff making sure that the floor stays dry as it is slippery because of the spa traffic. A very very disappointing experience

It was my best stay during my trip in Israel. Staffs are super nice expecially Maxim from the front desk. Also, breakfast and room contidions were above the average. I would definetely stary at Daniel for next time too.

Its our second visit to the Daniels and we will still go back there if we are at the dead sea its a lovely place with very very good facilities and the staff are very good and we noticed the manager who was every where making sure that things were ruining smoothly he was hands on and it was refreshing to see.Sharon was a good waiter by the bar it was nice to see a hard working person.See you all next year.

This hotel is great in every way---amenities, breakfast, service, spa, cleanliness. We had a super lovely room, 2 Queen sized bed, a jacuzzi and a balcony ---- one could not ask for anything more. Another plus for the hotel---- the 4 elevators were so efficient--never waited more than 10 seconds and the hotel was totally full. My husband went for the mud wrap treatment and said the therapists were super. I enjoyed the salt water pools---indoor and outside- and the public jacuzzi . All in all, this was a terrific vacation and the hotel made it so. PS--We read other reviews that were less than complimentary and wonder how they came to those conclusions. This Daniel Dead Sea hotel was 5 star all the way.... And when we did a hotel run walking north one evening, we were so happy, after seeing the others, that we had chosen the Daniel. The next evening we "drove" south to see the other hotels and again were glad the DANIEL was OUR hotel.

“クール”
行ったときがヨーム･キプールだったのでよけいに良くなかった。 でももう少しホテルライフが楽しめると思ったが、何もなかった。ガイドブックには良いことが沢山のっていたので期待していたのに・・・・
