Refused to stay the night full of refugees and children. toys all over the corridor, We was travelling on a Motorcycle no sooner had we checked in than the kids where playing on my partners Harley Davidson price possession!! Left immediately, tried to explain but reception didn't speak good english, would of been nice to have had prior notice, had to book another hotel, so out of pocket!! Not Happy!!

Ibis hotel is perfect if your holiday destinations are not around city center. great staff, clean rooms though pillows are little bit to hard. The hotel charges fee for toiletries in their vending machine so make sure to bring your toiletries.

I spent a couple of days there and it’s: - far from the city - bathroom are small even with the superiors room - the night lobby is more a security guy converted to a receptionist - poor food and breakfast - size of the bed sheets were not covering the bed and when I asked to change it they said: sorry sir, tomorrow maybe which is the complete opposite of Ibis T&Cs etc - no sofa in the room, only 1 poor chair - noise in the rooms is shocking ! There is 2 highways around and isolation is poor! Never again

Nice place, good location, very quiet, good standard rooms, could do some sat tv but besides that its grand and the staff are so friendly and helpful.......good breakfast too.

When our short staylocation fell through in Belfast and we couldn't get anywhere close by to stay, Ibis in Dublin added a night on to our previously booked 1 night stay and accommodated us for a 2nd night. We arrived after 11:00 pm and there wasn't any issue. We liked the clean, simple room, comfortable bed, great breakfast and menu options and the friendly staff. Although the hotel is out of the main city center, it is easily reached by a 20 minute Luas ride into Dublin. Staff at the hotel were very helpful with our questions. Very pleased!

Room and en suite spotless. Staff very friendly and attentive. Windows a bit dated and drafty, only fault though.

While there was nothing glaringly wrong with this place, there are some small things that made it not as enjoyable as it could have been. First of all, the kitchen closes as 10, so if you are flying in late, don't rely on being able to get food from the hotel. Also, because it is so far out, food is not easily accessible unless you are driving. Another down side was that they made it difficult for smokers. When you go out to smoke, you need them to buzz you back in. Staff was often away from the desk and you would have to wait extended periods of time to be let back into the hotel. Seemed very inefficient and was very frustrating having to try to find somebody to buzz my husband back into the hotel.

I arrived in the early hours of the morning from a flight.To find there was a mix up with the room booking.The manager was very helpful and fixed the problem for me.He took great care in making sure I had a room.For the price the room was excellent and a good breakfast.

I have now stayed a few times at this hotel the night before a fly to the USA or other morning flights - the close proximity to the airport bus service makes it an ideal place to spend a restful night. And with a bus fare of only 5 Euro there is nothing to complain about. Large quiet room excellent shower breakfast etc. - I will stay here again as often as I can.

The hotel is next to a tram station but you will need to cross a high way to get to the hotel. Suggest to rent a car from airport if your staying there as parking is free and easier to get travel in Dublin. Also when flying off you can leave your car at the airport for convenience. I recommend Enterprise as the prices for the car are super cheap.

“Bed only review ”
We spent one night only and had all food elsewhere. Room was clean and comfortable. Used the tram to visit Dublin city centre. Was 20 minutes each way which was OK for a single day visit but too far out for a repeat visit. Nothing on site other than the hotel. Good transport connectivity to the M50. Overpriced for what was on offer.
