this place was strategic , near to a lot of pace like Cimory mountain view m The Ranch , TWM ( Taman Wisata Matahari) etc. you can come to that place by walking , The breakfast was good with many variant and delicious . The facility in the room also good like the AC, TV Chanel ) except the water heater , It was working in the night but can not produce warm water in the morning . The staff served with smile and honest , feel bleassed and respect . the wimming pool is small but we can use it for playing with kids . we also can learn from the library , there were many engineering book also , English book for learing , Overall this place is highly recomended family or vacation with limited budget , thank you Agoda and PP University

Staffs are very responsive. They helped us to get transport to Puncak. Just avoid Puncak on Saturdays & Sundays.

+ location close to the ranch + helpfully staff + not bad breakfast, take the room near lobby is better if no choice else location with value for money - this is a training center facility that also commercially

I was here for work and I selected this place because it is advertised as having Wifi in all rooms (which I required). My room did not have internet. When I complained about it, they moved me to another room, which also didn't. When I complained again, they advised me that only the Deluxe rooms had internet and that I would have to upgrade (and pay for the price difference). False advertisement and disappointing response from the management. Otherwise the place would have been okay with nice gardens.

Kamarnya luas,sarapan yg variatif,staffnya ramah dan helpful,fasilitas standar penginapan...tapi mohon agar diperhatikan kebersihan kamar dgn detail,dipojok pojok kamar,jendela,dan gordyn,dan ditambah penerangan diarea parkir.

I was surprised when I booked this place. The price is cheaper than other, room was big and clean, the staff were very friendly. And the location is very near to The Ranch Puncak. Definitely will stay here again.

really best for money i spent on hotel. 300k for standard room with free-to-choose buffet breakfast, pool and near from the ranch. staff are helpful and i love the room scent so much.

baru check in di hotel sekitar jam 7 malem, pas nyampe hotelnya terkesan spooky tapi langsung ilang begitu disambut senyum ramah front officenya. Begitu sampe kamar kesan pertama : waahh gede juga yaa kamarnyaa, cuma sayang ada bbrp spot di dinding dan kamar mandi yang agak usang. Breakfastnya menunya cukup variatif dan enak untuk ukuran hotel bintang 3, makanannya gak buru2 diangkat walopun udh abis jam breakfastnya. hotelnya luas banyak rumput buat anak lari2 overall oke hotelnya def. will come back to this hotel
