They almost reject us as we check in at 1:30 am & their reception already closed. After some argument they also only have 1 room reservation instead of 2 . I've to scold them to get our room as it was late & also brought our childreen. This city is 2 hrs driving from the nearest airport & we took night flight. Please make sure they have 24 hrs receptionist

this is kind of a cottage in hilly side with sumatra's ethnic housing, good for refreshing and family time. complete with the couch, dining table and kitchenette. this is a natural style cottage, so be aware if there're bugs around the sheets or the room, esp if it's near the sunset must close all windows and doors, otherwise the "giant" (literally) mosquitoes will enter the room. the service is standard, but i think they have tried their best to serve the guests. breakfast were delivered to each "pondok" ( =cottage)at max 7.30 am, and they cleaned the pondok everyday. We got the room next to lobby, relatively away from the front gate, which was good so the noises from outside not too noisy. (when doing the booking tru agoda, we did ask for non-noisy room). The hotel is only 15 mins drive away from BNS, BSZoo and selecta..... and there's no sunday market anymore as we asked the receptionist.

Love the Hotel. It is actually a Villa with Kitchen and 2 bedrooms. only there is only 1 toilet to share for 4 persons. But they have a room for the Driver downstair with a toilet for his use. This is excellent. Breakfast is simple but is nice. Friendly Staff.

- Noisy room, you will hear the neighbor using Wood cutting machine. my 6months baby shocked and crying every time the machine start it. also you will hear the neighbor using lawn mower in the morning. makes your rest completed disturbed. - the "pondok" is ok. breakfast is ok (friedrice). good garden and swimming pool. the staff is helpful when i need additional towel. - the worst thing is when i want to checkout. 1. hotel said agoda not yet confirm them about my booking so they ask me to wait. 2. hotel said AGODA.com not pay them enough money. so they asked me Rp.223,000 more. if i dont want to pay it, they'll not give back my ID. Its their problem with agoda. not mine. - I called agoda (which is using IDD from indonesia to england) and explain the case, agoda's staff very helpful for immediately called the hotel. thanks to agoda. - agoda said to the hotel to give back my id and they will settle this problem with hotel. I got my ID back with no smile or word "sorry" or "thank you".

“expensive, nice place, no service, noisy, awful breakfast”
If you get a house at least four rows away from the road it's probably fine, the first three rows (including the houses over teh reception) can be very noisy from traffic. The service was hilariously absent. Took quart of an hour to convince them to do some laundry. The breakfast a nondescript oily mess. The house itself was beautiful and clean. The pool, if it has water, is excellent.
