Not great. We booked 3 nights but only stayed 1. Probably the worst thing about it was the location. Super far from everything. Most places on Gili that are that far from the Main Street will lend you a bike included in the room fee. This place wanted to charge us to rent their awful rusty bikes so we left and found a better place. We arrived in a total downpour and it was impossible to find this place. No signs anywhere and no offer to pick us up at the boat drop off. The bathroom was OUTDOOR. No hot water and only SALT water coming out the tap. As we had just trudged through the monsoon rains for 1 hour looking for the place we were soaked and freezing and in need of a hot shower. The room itself had no windows and was super dark. It smelled like mold. The sheets smelled like someone else's sweat and had blood stains everywhere! The doors let all the mosquitos in and the room was locked with just a pad lock. The breakfast was mediocre and the cooks were smoking as they made it. The room had aircon which was actually quite unnecessary since the room was so cold due to lack of windows. There was no place to hang anything. The staff were friendly but agoda has been trying to contact them for days in order to help us get some money back and no one has answered their calls. Honestly, we don't care if we get any money back for the 2 nights we paid for and didn't stay. We found a very nice place with everything we needed for only a little more money. I'm not sure how they get away with calling themselves a 3-star. Perhaps because of the pool, but we never got to use it so I can't comment on that except it probably would have had fresher water than the shower. TLDR: there are much better places on Gili than this for a similar price or cheaper. Don't be fooled.

We stayed in their 'family room' we had 3 travelers, one couple. The room was fantastic, you have an entire 2 level wooden house. The first room has a shower (did leak a bit), toilet, air con, balcony, and comfortable bed. Everything you need. Unlike traditional family rooms with multiple beds in one room this one was separated by 2 floors which almost made it like 2 separate rooms. Once inside you can go upstairs to the second room which ALSO has a toilet, sink (didn't work), aircon, large comfy bed, and balcony. There is a wonderful pool, breakfast included in the mornings which was delicious and there are options to order. The wifi is some of the best I've had in the region. We were there during the superbowl, which our team was playing and won:) go Broncos! We streamed the game and it didn't cut out at all, There were a couple power outages on the island and the staff knew we were watching the game, one actually occurred while we were watching, and they quickly switched the generator on to avoid us losing wifi. They always offered to help us find great restaurants, tours, etc. Amazing group of folks there. The place wasn't perfect (but few are), but none of the small things worried us because our stay was great! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. Chose it for the good reviews and were not disappointed. Great value for the money as it has a pool, air con and breakfast included.

I'm staying at wooden room (similar like joglo house , traditional house in indonesia) the room quite nice but need some reparation in some equipment. The hotel crew services are really good and friendly to provide our need. If you like to find place that silent and cozy with a reasonable price this is the right place for you..

Lo mejor del lugar es el staff y la piscina que tienen en la villa. La pieza es bastante oscura y el baño al aire libre, cosa que no nos gustó mucho. Esta a 10 minutos caminando de la playa y si llueve casi todos los accesos están inundados pero eso pasa en casi todo gili. No es de mis favoritos pero esta bien por algunos días, se aleja del ruido de las fiestas.

Saya berlibur dengan 2 anak balita. Untuk tempat cukup bersih, siapkan termos air jika membawa anak2 krn tidak tersedia air panas jika tidak request. Untuk lokasi cukup jauh dr pantai. Jika bawa anak2 agak kesulitan. Staf sangat ramah dan helpful.

Kasur di family room yg bagian bawah ada binatang kecil-kecil, air shower kecil sepertinya minta di ganti showernya. Air closet atas tidak naik.

“Good for the price”
A bit far away from all attractions and some rooms need painting work, but staff are friendly and the deal is certainly a value for money.
