We artived at Coral palms and the owner(wife) said its already closed and doesn’t know that coral palms in on Agoda or any other platform . How come??! The owner doesn’t have any good hospitality manner at all.

Nice large room, clean bed, nice view. The grounds would be lovely if the pool was clean. It was murky dark green, un swimmable, massive let down. Food very expensive and boat trip to gili so expensive, bought outside for over 50% less. Staff never very personable.

This place is really quiet and perfect to relax. There is a pool and you can directly go on the private beach. The food was really good but a little bit pricey. This place is not crowded at all. Almost no tourist and you can easily go on a trip by boat to the Secret Gilis for snorkeling. The owner is really nice and helpful. Would always go back to this place.

The only reason I choose this place is want to feel different scene. It is. But the staff (Maya) isn't friendly at all. Because I'm local visitor, maybe. Sorry, but her hospitality was distracted with the TV show when I check in. Almost-ignoring the guest, her way and apathetic answering tone, makes me sure this is the last time I go here. Ohhh, also I saw small rat swimming in the next early morning. Like it or not, I pay the bill there.

we had booked for 6D / 5N. we left the day after we arrived. dirty, smelly, full of garbage, dirty beach and shabby. pool with black water so much that you could not see the bottom. the bathroom of our bungalow had not been cleaned. I asked for an orange juice and smelled of fish. the caps of bottles of ketchup were rusted. we were the only guests. Australian owner says lies to justify the bad situation. we went to a nearby hotel for help, run by New Zealanders (clean new and wonderful "The Silver Fern"). Don't RESERVE here advise you not absolutely here. for one night as we paid for 3 nights. I include photos to prove my words

Unser lange Zeit vorher gebuchtes Zimmer mit Meerblick war nicht frei, auch kein Ersatz, wier konnten nicht hier bleiben, haben keine Nacht dort gewohnt, trotzdem wurden die 115.-€ über Kreditkarte abgebucht ! absolut unakzeptabel !
