Room and toilet very bad smell. Clean not good. In 1 hour I was sick. On the bed if I remove any side so many sounds.

not really what we expect to have. -unfriendly staff (fo) specially the one who took care our checked in process -shower head hanger broken -didn't get any towel and we need to wait more than 30mnt to got those -lots of ants in the bathroom -bathroom drainage were not good(blockage) -we actually staying on a different building than the one on the picture, this one looked more like kost-kostan -you can hear any sound from the room beside us, i bet they can hear us too

At first, we got a room with no towel, no tissue, broken bathroom door, and a broken air conditioner. So we complaint and got transferred to another room. The next room is much better, even though we can hear pretty much every noise from the outside, and i'm pretty sure they can hear every noise from inside my room too :\

It's basically a mess. Room are not clean. There are a lot of dust in some furniture. I found dirty in bedcover. Shower doesnt work well, actually I could not use it because it's not hanging on the wall. Room is big but many useless space. Unfortunately, my room is just beside parking lot, so it is not comfortable to rest because of noisy from outside. The fact that Staff didnt smile just make things worst. One good thing is wifi work quite well.

244 room was a Smooking room with chaire and furniture burned all over by cigarets, the tissue box used as astray, broken towels, non working water cattle We have to ask them to clean our room, mold and leaking celling Not Happy at all
