To be fair this accomodation is not designed for professional run accomodation like any other hotel you might expected, this accomodation more suitable for long stay guests. Here in Indonesia you named it kost. Or studio apartment in any other country. However, the management could do better maintenance of their rooms here and their public areas. Some public/common areas are delapidated and could use fresh paint or refurbishing. The room that I rented, was sufficient for my stay (1 night) trip that I needed but the condition of the bathroom was fairly poor with bad plumbing problem (shower head doesn't work properly). Bathroom floor tiles could use some cleaning and the sink could use some freshen up too. Bedroom was acceptible but not superb, it is small room with a concrete wall divider to create an illusion that your bedroom is separated with the common area (tv & fridge). Yet, there is a ladder next to the fridge goes to the void area that leads to nothing on top. I supposed, they tried to make a loft style but the room that I occupied might not been suited with the extra bedding. Very basic, serves the purpose of my trip and that was it. I only stayed there because I had to head out for early morning meeting and don't think will make it if I have to go from where I live in Jakarta. Other facilities like elevator is running well, front door guy always there, near to convenient store (7-11).

I've been stayed here for only 1 night but I was very impressed by the staffs. its just a small hotel but they treat me much more better than some luxury hotels. the room is clean, however they dont provide some personal stuffs so you should bring your personal things. the staffs are very nice and they didn't ask for tips, even when I asked to pay for it, they refused it. i will definitely come back. thank you so much, home inn.

I have visited many small/budget hotel, but this is the first time i have encountered the reception assisted me with sheltering umbrella from taxi to lobby during rain. Venue is strategic to Kuningan area. The only thing they need to improve was providing toothpaste :)

We stop at Jakarta for 2 nights before heading to Bali. The employe wait for us till 2 am for our first check-in. Cons: The wall of the room was dirty. The AC didn't work very well. There were no cold air, only air. There were a dry blood stain on the blanket in our bed. The emplacement is not a good place for tourist. It is surrounded by high business buildings. Pro: there is a fridge in the room. There is a 7/eleven next to it.

Hotel was in a good location ( for me at least). There is a 7-11 next to hotel and couple of minimarts also.Not so far from carrefour,mall etc. Lobby and inside the hotel was old and kinda creepy. Actually room was quite big and living area in room very comfy. Big fridge inside room. AC was ok. But i think room needs renovation. Especially bathroom was not good at all,looks old. But there is always hot water though. Bed sheet,linens were smelly. That disturbed me a lot. I can't say the room was clean. Wifi was perfect,very fast. Routers were everywhere so signal was strong. Staff was very helpful but most of them can't speak english.If you can explain what do you need they assist you perfectly for sure. But they need to focus on cleaning...

hotel ini memiliki lokasi yg sangat strategis, cukup bejalan kaki menuju area mega kuningan. pelayanan dari staff nya sangat baik, sigap dalam menangani keluhan. Hotel ini lebih bergaya kamar kost, bukan hotel transit / minimalis, sehingga sangat nyaman walaupun beberapa kamar terlihat sedikit menua. kekurangannya mungkin hanya tidak adanya parkiran mobil/sepeda motor khusus, karena parkiran jadi satu dangan Mini Market dibawah hotel ini.

“Dodgy place”
About 6 men just sat there in the reception area,smoking. Really uncomfortable for a woman to stay alone
