Terms and Conditions ​Building Compliance Tenants must comply with all Meikarta Building Management regulations, which are accessible via the QR code located on the unit door. ​Cleanliness Tenants are required to maintain the unit’s cleanliness and must not litter in common areas. All waste must be disposed of in the designated areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit and the building premises, including the balcony area. ​Access Card Tenants must safeguard the access card responsibly. In the event of loss or damage, a replacement fee will be charged based on the prevailing rates at the time of reporting. ​Facilities and Layout It is strictly prohibited to damage or alter the unit's facilities or furniture layout without prior verbal or written permission from the owner. ​Use of Unit The unit is for residential purposes only. It may not be used for business operations or any activities that violate the law. ​Order and Quiet Hours Tenants must maintain a peaceful environment, particularly between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other residents. ​Damage Responsibility Any damage to the unit or its facilities resulting from tenant negligence shall be the sole responsibility of the tenant. Replacement costs will be calculated based on the current value of the damaged item. ​Prohibited Items Storing flammable materials, toxic substances, weapons, illegal drugs, or any other contraband is strictly prohibited. Any violations will be reported to the authorities and may result in severe legal penalties. ​Pets Pets are not permitted in the unit. ​Services and Complaints Requests for building maintenance, pest control, security assistance, or emergency services must be submitted through the official system via the provided QR code.
