The Losmen near Bromo, strategies, but for more Rp 300,000 per each room , you didnt get your own deserve..but in week end there no other good fasility such as this hotel...still choose this losmen for the rest, but prepare your meal by self...

The room was full of bugs. The bathroom has no lavatory, there was a snail in the bathroom and there was a musty smell. It was really cold up there. As nearly all accommodations up at Bromo the only good thing is that they all are really close to the volcano.

Not the worst in the village, not the best either... The room for 3 people is too small. The bathroom is not engaging (I didn't shower because of that). No toilet paper, bring your own or buy it in the village. Communication with the staff is scarce, they don't care about you. Most of the accomodations in this village are lame anyway. When it's not full season, I recommend not to book online and to bargain prices when you are in the village, you can find a room for 50 000 / person (even possible in high season in mid-August, but it will be a really crappy room). Their online prices on Agoda are really too expensive compared to the poor value of the room.

The shower : toilet room is dirty with no sink and mostly just cold water. Room is basic fairly clean. Location is good for bromo trekking. Room is overpriced for what it is but they all seem to be in this area.

We found difficulties to contact the hotel. Not helpful, so that we cannot find the hotel's location easily. They said that their staff will call & guide us, but nobody did. Customer should not prepaid the hotel's fare if they have such a poor service.

Only stayed here for a few hours to catch some sleep before waking early for the hike up Penangjakan for sunrise. Basic facilities, with staff who barely communicated with us.

We stayed in a room with private bathroom. It had a basic level of cleanliness, e.g. the bedding, though old and stained, seemed to have been washed. And the staff was fairly helpful. The location was very near Bromo, and therefore excellent. But the room was dreary, and so basic that it was uncomfortable. There was no sink, soap, toilet paper, mirror, towel, heat (and it is cold there)... Nothing at all besides a bed and a chair. It had fewer amenities than a campground. The bathroom also gave off a strong sulphur/mildew odor that permeated the room. Other rooms were open so we checked them, the bathrooms all smelled. And all this for a price that would get you near-luxury accommodation in the city.

Everything looks ok and basic for the hostel, just 2 points to mentioned: -no WIFI provided -nobody was around the hostel when we arrived, and we went through some hectic progress around the village in order to check in successfully. The method was to walk over to Adas Hotel (same owner) to get the receptionist there to call the staff to pass us the key

Het bedlinnen op de bedden was niet vernieuwd en vol vlekken, de eigenaar beweerde dat er verse lakens op lagen...Na reclameren kregen we wel vers gewassen lakens. Het enige pluspunt is de liggen vlakbij de krater van de Bromo...

“Expect a dirty bed and no service at all. The hotel Boy is useless.”
Expensive, no service at all. The hotel boy hides before you. When we arrived the beds where dirty and the room not cleaned. We had to force him to clean it up. After he did one bed he try to hide again. The showers are cold, for hot water you have to turn on the gas, on day 2 we found the leaver downstairs in his office. Of course he hides again so weit had to break in and turn it on ourselfs. 5 min later he turned it off again. We where the only guest in the hotel, so he was not overworked. He just spends the hole day on his mobile, If you need anything he will disappear for 2 hours and then do nothing. The Price was at least 3 times to high, even with Service. The rooms are wet, and there is no way to dry or heat them. We ended up heating with a camping stove, and he did not care as we burned 1l petrol in his hotel. If I want a cottage live in the Woods I will go to Sweden and have it for free. Actually it would just be fair to refund our money or shut this Hotel down. Kind regards
