great front desk staff, we came to the hotel a bit early to see if we could check in early. unfortunately the worker said not until 2pm. within 10 minutes the worker called my name and checked us in. The worker helped carry one of our bags, and we we're impressed with the room. The only thing that could of made our stay a bit better was a water and hotel dispenser. Great value, thank you very much.

Huge room, clean, and friendly staff. Location near to factory outlet in riau area. 24hrs receptionist. Toiletries provided. Strong wifi. You can get grab car easily here. Airport transfer service also provided by hotel but this service only until 8 or 9pm. Cons : No hairdryer, iron, keetle But overall this is the best hotel for me. Will come back again one day :)

Hotel ini adalah hotel tua yg di renov oleh reddorz, suasana kamar gelap dan agak creepy... peralatan kamar mandi kelihatan tua, pada waktu hari pertama, kami datang spreinya tidak di ganti... masih ada bekas lipstik... kami terpaksa meminta staff spray baru dan kami menggantinya sendiri... handuk juga bau dan agak kekuningan... pada malam pertama... HP saya menelpon sendiri ke sekitar 10 relatif saya pada pukul 1-2 malam... kemudian, jam 5 subuh juga menelpon sebanyak 8x ke istri saya( berada di ruangan yg sama), saya tidak sadar sampai relasi saya yg menanyakan pada pagi hari... selebihnya hotel ini oke-lah... cuma agak susah tidur krn haunted... kecuali mau uji nyali... haha

It was very disappointing when I did the check in, the officer kept on telephoning until her friend told her to serve me first. I felt the same disappointment when I did the check out. The same officer didn't talk anything, took the key, and kept silent. I waited for 5 minutes until she gave me back my ID card. This hotel does not have internet too. Beyond the minus, this hotel is near to the Airport, station, and shopping center. There is also a Chinese restaurant next to it.

We have stayed in two RedDoorz establishments in Indonesia now and have been disappointed both times so no more. This place is called something else and has joined this RedDoorz brand its just an old run down hotel re-branded. Staff couldn't help with any question, you needed to speak Bahasa really. room A/C weak, no English TV channels and very thin wall so noisy. Wifi in rooms none existent so you had to go down reception to get wifi.

Stay here 1 night, good location near many street market n foodstall. Hot water ac tv internet good. Parking not enough space, cleanliness need improvement. Got itchy with the blanket provided

“little bit old”
Have a large room and good facilities but bad sun lighting. Stayed for 2 nights but only 2 bottles mineral water in the first day and no additional bottle in the second day.
