So it was an emergency stay. Booked because it was cheap. But the problem is the cleanliness.. found lots of coachroach and dust everywhere.

Its a central location but I cant say that it is easy to find or really convenient, unless you had been to bali before. Its a walking distance to the beach 15-20 min and a pop cafe " strawberry field . other then that - strong 3*. cheers!

It was on promotion, but I regret even though I needed just short stay. TV, AC working with no problem. A room is spacious and bed is big enough and somehow comfortable. However, they don't take care of this hotel. Wasn't cleaned when I checked in. Mice poo, much dust on a ground, woman hair on a bed. Algae in a toilet. Spider webs are everywhere in a room. Ants are marching... Shower is very low pressure like spring water...smell in a room is dusty. I'm not exaggerating. Don't recommend and never come back...

Staff was nice but everything else could be a lot better. There were too much chlorine in the pool so when you put your feet down you could feel it. Room was super smelly. Air con was very loud and tv didn’t work. Bathroom was realllly old and dirty- didn’t want to wash myself there. BUT- Staff was friendly!

Room was tidy, but very dirty. Was in Seminyak for only a few days, was not a hotel most could relax in. Very, very dangerous electrical appliances (I’m an Electrician), drinking glass on vanity had thick white film, entry door had wasp nest on outside, under bedside table had months of dead bugs and dust. I could go on. Checked out within an hour of checking in. Didn’t make a fuss of it as they obviously cater for back packing travelers, and maybe they fit that mould. I’m more of a tourist these days and was quite confronted by the state of this place. Don’t often do surveys such as this, but be warned they are not a hotel and spa as they suggest. Make of this what you will.

We stayed there for one night and the place wasn’t worth it. The room was smelly even the bedsheet. The bathroom was super dirty like they cleaned it years ago. They wifi slow.

The room was unhygienic, bed was rock hard and the WiFi only worked in one corner of the room. The staff at the front counter were extremely unhelpful and I did not receive any breakfast despite it being included. The toilet was stained and the floors in the bathroom were disgusting. The shower head was half broken and there was no safe in the room. Light switches didn’t work and the towels provided were dirty and thin like paper. Overall I was so unhappy with the room and don’t understand how they could charge 100 bucks a night.

Pictures look better than the hotel I have to say! My room was very old and smelt old with all the old furniture. Taps kept exploding every time I turned them on, the toilet wasn’t working so reception sent 2 young boys from ‘housekeeping’ to look at it all they done was come in my room and giggle. Don’t know why this is a ‘Spa’ hotel because there isn’t one and food in the restaurant wasn’t great

My room has a leak pipe and I have addressed the problem to the staff. Their solution was to put a towel underneath the leak. For three nights they did not bother to fix it that I had resorted to buying a small container to trap the water from running all over the floor. When they came to clean the room, they did not change the soaking towel. Cleanliness must be improved for the comfort of the guests. Overall, it is not a pleasant experience for me

Welcomed by staff they were very nice. Good clean rooms. Pool was refreshing and clean. Location is close to little supermarket, restaurants, shops and money changer. Also around 10 minutes to La Laguna Restaurant 5 mins to 707 Beach Club near Grand Balisani

“微妙”
KUTAの雑踏から離れるには良いと思うが、渋滞も有りかなり遠く感じた。 廻りにはそこそこ店は有るが、夜歩くにはちょっと怖いかも。
