“コスパ良し！ 清潔で十分なお部屋”

料金が安かったので全く期待していませんでしたが、お部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて清潔、お風呂のお湯もきちんと出るし、コスパの良いホテル（部屋）だと思いました。部屋には全く何のアメニティもありません。タオル（白くはないけど・・・）と予備のトイレットペーパー、固形石鹸だけです。部屋にはティッシュもありませんが、プティトゥンゲッ通りまで歩いてすぐで、スーパーにも行ける距離なので調達すれば問題ないかと。

The place was a bit hidden but it's very convenient because it's almost near to everywhere. Especially Mexicola, Tropicola, and other restaurants that are good. Though the place is quite dark in the evening, not much lighting, but it's good. We didn't stay much on the hotel because we're pretty much outside the whole trip, but the staff are really accomodating especially the front desk. Over all, I would give it 3.5/5.

Im disappointed that i slept two nights with a very loud of noise of the air conditioner. I have reported to two different staffs, the woman in the receptionist during the day and the young guy in the receptionist during night shift but no response. That was a total bad two nights for us.

“Excellent accommodation for budget traveller”

We are a young budget travel couple who stayed here for 4 nights. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Walking distance to the beach and main downtown area but on a quiet street so no noise in the evenings. Our room had a mini fridge, aircon, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. There is also a large pool and restaurant in the lobby area that has good breakfast. Great stay!

“Inexpensive stay in Seminyak”

Taman Rosani might be the be best hotel in Seminyak for a budget price range. You get a spacious room with some rooms opening to the swimming pool area. It's a little outdated and needs some renovation but for the low price, I'd don't have any problems. Their breakfast needs a little tweaking but I don't expect much for the price I'm paying for. Staff was very helpful. They fixed my bathroom problem right away even it was late night. If you are looking for low prices accomodation around the touristy area of Seminyak, Taman Rosani would be an excellent choice.

Friendly staff. Room is spacious for me and has nice view from 2nd floor from balcony. What I didn't like was bathroom's toilet doesn't seem to be properly cleaned. But considering the price and location, good enough deal. It's near nice establishments.

...but not really for family stays. hygiene is a big issue, bedsheets were full of hair and there was someones shaving razor in the bathroom when we entered the room. however, staff were nice and polite, so we parted ways in a friendly manner

Rooms, swimming are not cleaned. You will find spider homes in every rooms.

Room could be cleaner, not that you can see it well as the lighting was poor. Also a lot of noise gets into the room. Aircon was the noisiest I've heard. There was a fridge in the room which was also noisy, but could be unplugged. The internet was down for some reason when I checked in, but I was not told about this until I asked about it after finding out for myself. I was never told why, only that it was also broken for them as well so wasn't just me being silly. Breakfast is simple, but cooked to order in the morning. I wouldn't stay again.

“Disappointing and CREEPY. ”

Yes, it was cheap, so that's what you get. I got to the room and there were mosquitoes inside --felt like I was going to get Dengue or something. Also, glasses/mirrors/walls were dirty. Tissue paper seemed like it was already used/just recycled. Location wise, it was not easy to find. Also, street was dark, you need to walk a hundred meters or so before getting to the main road. Asked the help of the staff (through phone call) because I didn't know the plugs were different. Instead of helping me, he pretended he couldn't hear me and just hung up. Didn't even bother calling back or coming over to the room to ask me what my concern was. I think he couldn't speak english so he just hung up. Aircon was also crappy!!! Pool was also NOT swimmable in the evening. There were even frogs near the pool. This could be the perfect spot for a shooting of a creepy/thriller movie. Had to find another hotel since I could not bear staying there for another night.

“Simple but clean, nice staff”

For the price I paid it was a very good deal. Even though the hotel is getting a bit old, the rooms are clean and big enough. Little balcony / terrace in front. Several international TV channels, but I didnt get the internet running. Shady pool, which could do with a bit more sitting arrangement. AC was running well, fridge to loud, so I unplugged it. The location is close to Petitenget street, but still quiet in the night. The staff is friendly.

“Not bad but it could be better”

I personally thought it was a nice place with affordable pricing. The only downside i'd say is that the pool doesnt look like its cleaned and the restaurant didnt seem open , nor was the pool bar which is seen in the photos. Location wise it was great and the rooms were decent.

“Really Wanted to Like it Here but....”

This hotel is very large but they only use a small portion of the properties rooms. The entrance lobby and pool are beautiful I wish I could say the same about the rest of the hotel it has so much potential. We stayed in room 212 the hallway is very creepy as it is dimly lit even with the skylight above during the day. When we walked into the room the first thing you notice is all the paint peeling off the wall which is due to a leak in the wall. The room smelled fine no mildew smell. The bed was wonderful comfy and clean. The bathroom on the other hand is where my second issue was the toilet was just dirty the bowl at the bottom was black/grey and when you put the lid down I don’t know the last time the area around where to attach the seat was cleaned. It grossed me out. The shower as it was hard water here just needs to get sprayed down with a proper hard water cleaner. We asked to see if there were any other rooms available and they took us to one on the main floor by the pool and wow just wow the smell of mildew was over powering and paint was really falling off the wall here. So we stayed in our current room. The staff is so just oh well attitude was very off putting to me. One day we came back from the beach to check out the happy hour at the pool. There is a Bar next to the pool with a big sign above that says Happy Hour 15:00-19:00 the person at the reception desk had no idea what I was asking about and said there is no happy hour today. So I asked if not today what days is it he they don’t have happy hour. Then please management take down the sign. The walk to the beach is about 15 min we did not rent a motorbike while we were in town as this was just ment to be a beach break. As I stated in the beginning we really wanted to like this hotel but the rooms just need so much work and the housekeeping staff needs to be trained in proper room cleaning. The rooms where very nice, clean and tidy. The pool looked lovely although we didn't get to go in. The breakfast was okay but could have been better. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is good and there is nice place to eat and chill.
