location was close to skygarden and beachwalk mall. dowside is no hotwater or kettle. run by family and they stayed there, they were friendly.

Absolutely terrible experience! Will NEVER book with RedDoorz again. First time reviewing any accom while travelling, was that bad I feel I owe it to fellow backpackers to know this place is a waste of time and money! Emailed to explain i was on a late flight, was reassured reception was 24hour. Arrived at 11pm, couldn't even make out where reception was, 1 person pointed me to a phone number i could call (just arrived in Bali with no Indonesian sim card) finally owner of hotel walks out and says to me she has no booking for me and i will have to pay for a room even though i showed her screenshots of the money already taken out of my account and emails i had back and forth from redDoorz.

Location and the family who owns the place is really the main reason why I went back and stayed here again. The Wi-Fi connection is really better at the 1st floor, I don't have to go out of my room to get connection unlike last time. But there were a lot of bed bug in my and pillow u had sleep half body out the bed because I'm so scared to get bitten. But they won they've bitten me already. Hoping they could do something with it.

the room has no windows so the smell inside was terrible. the bathroom smelt bad too and the floor was very slippery. no hot water
