現地にマネージャーはいなく、古びたヴィラ、虫！ほとんどのスタッフは英語を話せません。最終請求書もなく、カードがずっと請求され続けました。食べ物は絶対にゴミ！浴槽は汚れていました。まさに災害です。

For your information, during Covid-19 our property was not maintained optimally due to lack of financial support. At this time we are still in progress to do renovations in stages, but it can't be all villas at the same time. Until now, several villas have been renovated. Due to limited manning especially at night, the staff who stand by are security. So, I have provided a welcome letter in each villa providing with a QR code that contains a description of the facilities and my WhatsApp contact so that you can directly contact me on WhatsApp or the Sales Department. Myself often mingle at the receptionist and greet the guests. Probably, you have met me without knowing that I am the Manager. Best Regards, I Made Dana Villa Manager

友達との旅、後半はゆっくりしたくて二人だけど、2ベッドルームのあるヴィラを探して、こちらを予約。 スパを受けて、癒されてこちらのヴィラに夜チェックイン。 とても広くきれいなヴィラに感動したのですが。。。 バウチャーをちゃんと見せても、あなたたちは2ベッドルームの1ベットルームしか使えない予約になってると。 バウチャーにはちゃんと2ベッドルームを一棟予約と書いてあるが、その一棟は一部屋の意味だと言い張られ。 明日予約したところに自分で電話して確認しろと言われました。 もし、2階の部屋を使ったら明日からは、お金をとると脅されました。2階の部屋をなんとかこの日は使えることになりましたが、テレビを外したのが壁から配線がてでるわ、誇りだらけで掃除もされてません。 翌日、agodaに電話したらやはりちゃんと2部ルームで予約が入っており、agodaよりヴィラに電話してもらい、そこからマネージャーとリザベーションマネージャーが謝りにきましたが、こちらのミスと認めたものの、部屋の返金はできないとのこと。 スパを無料でつけると言われましたが、こちらは眠れない夜を過ごした。 そんなのでは納得できないので、断ると食事をつけてくれましたが、それも断りました。 でも、部屋から帰らないので時間もなくこれ以上無駄にしたくなかったので条件を飲むことにしました。 こんなんに嫌な思いをしたのは初めてでした。最悪な夜をバリ島で過ごしたのも初めてでした。 バリはリピーターで、こんな対応する人がいるのかと思うと悲しいです。 ちなみに、こちはらお湯切れします。 2つバスルームありますが、二人でお風呂にはいると水になります。

スタッフの対応も素早く、綺麗で広くて快適なヴィラでした。夕日の見れるビーチも近く、食事買い物ができるエリアへも歩いて行け便利です。また泊まりたいと思えるヴィラでした。

Very nice villas but in need of a lot of maintenance. Had to get engineering team in when first arrived to try to repair bi-folding doors to pool, wardrobe doors. Cleaning service not to expected quality. Staff were great and responded to all requests, but for an establishment which should be high quality to match the high price, none of the requests should have been needed… it should have been right first time.

This property must have been a good villa 20 years ago. The location is good, and it’s spacious, with a good private pool. But currently it’s in a desperate need of major improvements. The toilet and bathtub are completely worn out and looks dirty. The wifi didn’t work when we arrived. Some of the lightings were broken. And I ran out of water in middle of shower a few times during my stay because someone turns on the faucet or shower downstairs.

Need renovation especially for the bathroom, I stayed in villa 201, ( 2 bedroom villa) the toilet is old and dirty, spiderweb all over the bathroom, peeled kicthen table top, door that separare living room is not properly function, can not closed fully. The aircon on the second floor bedroom is not cool at all. The pond in the villa does not have fish, and the water is not flowing, a lot of mosquitos. I ended up living the villa after 5 hours and move to another hotel

Nice villas, perfect for young families but kids must know water safety or know how to swim as the pool is just at the door step. that was the best part. Food was decent but there are so many restaurants nearby and catching the sunset is just a 5 min stroll away. Would return when international borders open again.

The staff at these villas were wonderful! There was nothing they couldn’t do to help us out. They were so helpful and kind. The villa was beautiful but if you don’t like insects a villa may not be for you. We loved the space we had and the privacy. Depending on how long you are staying, the breakfast menu can fall a little short but there is a selection of other breakfast items on a different menu for very little cost. When I asked about the fitness centre, the staff seemed to not know what I was talking about however, I didn’t follow up. So their may be a fitness centre as as Advertised but we did not see it. Overall, we loved it here. Would definitely recommend.
