Villa was huge, super cold in the evening if rainy season. Beautiful balcony and bathtub. Their restaurant is not operating yet since covid, but the staff there are ready to help buy some food from the restaurant around. Tips: good for honeymoon, so romantic villa. Bring your own food, fruits or snacks if you like to eat in the middle of the night.

the staff was very friendly, the internet was good, quiet, peaceful. Suitable for those who avoid the city crowd. Due to the pandemic, a lot of lands has been neglected. But overall, my family and I enjoyed our vacation here.

My husband and I stayed here in late February, 2020, and it was a wonderful experience. We booked the one bedroom pool villa and to our surprise, it included two pavilions; one housed the bedroom and the other housed a living room, dining area and kitchen. All to ourselves!!! Note that the kitchen was not equipped with dishes or cookware, so make sure it is equipped if you book the second pavilion. Our compliments to the wonderful staff! Servers were from the local area and couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating (for example, every afternoon at cocktail hour the bartender delivered a large bucket of ice to our villa!). Special thanks to Papey (we called him the resort ambassador) and Sri. Both made our stay enjoyable! The resort staff made suggestions for sightseeing in the area, and made sure an English speaking driver/guide was available when needed. The farm itself is spectacular; the grounds pristine. The spa offered many services (my massage was great!), and the restaurant food was very good. We highly recommend Bagus Agro Pelaga! We will definitely include another stay there on our next trip to Bali!

When we've book this hotel, it was to have to possibility to be close from lake Bratan and batur mountain to do trekking. Be aware than this hotel is in the middle of no where and the price politic if you want to book trekking or to go somewhere is super expensive. when we wanted to go to nungnung waterfalls, at 6 km from the hotel, they were asking for 600 000 roupie, so the equivalent of two days of ride with an honest taxi driver in Bali. During the booking we were paying on the application for a famer room, with one king size bed and two single beds so we've book something for 4 peoples, 2 adults and 2 children, because it was impossible to find something for 3 adults, but when we arrived the hôtel charge us, to get the same, in classical room, even if the hotel was empty. To get a trekking tour for batur, the hotel is asking for 1 105 000 per person when we found the same for 1 000 000 for two people included everything. So this place is beautiful, but price politic not honest.

We have booked luxury-farm-Villa. It is has the best view overlooking the volcanic mountains and lush forest. Rooms facing infinity pool has great view too. Our room is spacius, clean. Compliments to housekeeping team. You will find some geckos, ants but it is acceptable within our tolerance and unavoidable in nature. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They really want to make sure you have a great time there and the GM Mr.Ketut always come to greet us and have small talks every day during our stays. This resort located in a higher attitude forest with cooler weather. There are beautiful pathways can walk through the various farming and horticulture areas, such as strawberry, vegetables, roses etc. We booked a day tour and car transfer to Ubud at their reception. Just make sure you write down your destinations before booking or what you wish to see to avoid misunderstanding. There is a nearby village in walking distance to explore. To minimize environmental impact, encourage you bring your own slippers. If you wish to speakGerman, look for Mr.Moll, a very friendly young man. We love their organic foods,fresh salad, enjoying of eating everyday in the restaurant. They are planning to open spa facilities and trekking tour in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed very much every moment of our stays, not feeling boring at all. This place has a magic of feeling calm, serene and peacefulness. I will never forget of seeing fireflies from our bed, just out there. and the friendliness of the staffs at Bagus Agro Pelaga. Suggestion for improvement: Too dim light in room, not able to read at night. Swimming pool has lots of dried leaves. No dustbin on first day.

This hotel is brand new (Sept 2016) and beautifully put together. First class rooms and manicured grounds, excellent food, thoughtful and friendly staff all around. I am here for a meditation retreat, and the mountain location couldn't be nicer - spectacular views, east entrances, luxury accommodations and deeply silent atmosphere, all at a budget price (for an American). About an hour and a half from the airport and totally worth the trip. - Mike

Although the location is very remote, the entire property is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the volcano. The room was large, the bed was big and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and proactive — thank you!

Prachtig aangelegde tuin en adembenemende uitzichten op mount Agung en Batur. Het landgoed ligt in een beschermd natuurgebied waar je mooie wandelingen kunt maken omringt door vele tropische vogels en heerlijke koelte. De kok kookte een bijzonder Balinees visje met een overheerlijke bumbu. Tot volgend jaar !!!
