私たちは2月3日にここに1泊しました。スタッフは非常に丁寧で、助けになり、何よりも積極的なアプローチをしてくれました。私は電気自動車を持っていて、予約前に充電ポイントについて問い合わせました。ホテルのマネージャーであるウィリアム氏は、充電ポイントを提供することを約束してくれました。ほとんどのホテルがそう言うので少し懐疑的でしたが、結局うまくいかないことが多いです。3日の夜に同じことを尋ねると、10分以内に電気技師が延長ボックスを持ってきてくれました。しかし、延長ボックスには適切なアース配線がなかったため、充電は失敗しました。ほぼ10時20分になったので、私は諦めました。でも、提供されたサービスには満足していました。しかし、電気技師のクマール氏は諦めず、その時間に配線を終えて別の延長ボックスを持って戻ってきました。今度はアース線を含めて、11時15分に私に使えるか確認の電話をかけてくれました。それは素晴らしく機能し、朝には清潔な部屋でリフレッシュし、私のEVも充電されて帰宅の準備が整いました。 朝食ビュッフェは十分な種類がありました。味は本当に家庭的で、娘は屋外とスタッフのフレンドリーな振る舞いを気に入っていて、彼らはずっと彼女と交流してくれました。 彼らは真に顧客中心主義を実践しており、このホテルを誰にでもおすすめします。私たちの旅行は彼らのサービスのおかげで特別なものになりました。

“朝食が期待外れでした。”
滞在は快適で、全体的に非常に楽しいものでした。部屋は清潔で、施設も良かったです。しかし、朝食は非常にがっかりで、期待には応えられませんでした。イドリは冷たく、全体の料理の種類も質も不足していました。結局、隣のレストランで朝食を摂ることにしました。
