🚨 House Facilities & Rules 🚨 ✅ Hygiene & Cleaning: - The entire property is thoroughly sanitized and cleaned before each check-in - Bed linens are changed every 3 nights for longer stays or after every guest checkout - Washrooms are cleaned every 3 nights during extended stays ⚡ Power Backup: - Varanasi experiences occasional power cuts. The apartment has inverter backup for lights and fans only. AC's and geysers will not function during outages 🛑 Guest Policies: - Local ID holders are not allowed. - Guests must provide a valid photo ID proof at check-in 🚭 Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. It is only allowed in the balcony or outside the building premises - A fine of INR 2,000 will be charged if smoking occurs inside the villa 🔇 Respect for Neighbours: - The apartment is located in a residential area, guests must avoid loud music and any disturbances outside the premises 🍗🍺 Non-Veg food & Drinking Policy: - Non-vegetarian food is not permitted inside the apartment. We kindly request you to avoid bringing it from outside or preparing it within the premises - Alcoholic drinks are not permitted inside the apartment.
