私が一泊5,000ルピーを支払ったことに対して非常に失望しました。部屋、バスルームの蛇口、ベッドシーツ……すべてがホテルの管理チームによる多くの注意を必要としています。シャワーエリアにはシャワーカーテンも水を止めるものもなく、シャワーエリアでの最小限の水の使用で全体のバスルームが濡れてしまいます。部屋のカーペットも悪臭を放っていました。管理者に対して、この問題を見て、顧客に対して請求されている施設を提供するようお願いします。
