“Good Location and Service, Needs Better Maintenance”
The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout the stay. Their service is definitely a strong point. However, the property itself feels quite old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was in bad condition, which made the experience uncomfortable. Despite being an A/C room, there were mosquitoes inside, and overall cleanliness was not up to the mark, with noticeable dust in the room. With better maintenance and hygiene, this hotel could offer a much better experience, especially considering its good location and courteous staff.
