The place looks nice in the photos, but when we checked in we found various issues with the room. 1. The bed was broken and mattress was torn 2. The main switch was outside the room that literally controlled every power connection in the room. 3. The toilet was small and claustrophobic There was no breakfast on day 1. We had to pay for breakfast on day 2. Staff is polite on the face but super rude on the phone. The check out time is 10am but I got the breakfast delivered at 10:15 even after ordering at 8:30 am when they called to remind about the breakfast. When I checked out at 12:30 after getting ready after breakfast, I had to pay Rs. 1800 extra for overstaying. To go anywhere it is a mandate to walk atleast 1 kilometer as the hotel is in the small bylanes of udaipur which is not accessible by Uber and Ola cabs. Hotel proposes to arrange autorickshaws but it comes at thrice the cost of an Uber or Ola. After checkout, the auto drop asked for Rs.150 while the Uber was Rs. 50.

Located in a Very small lane,auto could hardly reach there. This is not really a hotel but someone house.

Hotel is located in a small gully with sewage flowing where only autos can go and the road is dreadful and the hotel looks like a dungeon. Never suggest anyone to go there.

No mobile network and difficult to find
Dear Guest Puneet Ji We are extremely sorry for inconvenience cause to you. It is 250 years old building hence its wall is very large in size so mobile network can not find in Only Ground Floor. Next time we will provide you rooms on high floor so this problem will not happen.

Not good hotel.breakfast are unhigene and limited breakfast even hotel charge are very high but facility are not up to mark.enough.staff not proper dress and cooperates.bedsheets and blanket are so dirty and bad smelling. Inbetween two rooms hotel made plywood so we can't sleep properly due to neighbor talk.Even making high charges I will recommend not to go to go this hotel.Hotel is at narrow stereet so car is not allowed for parked near hotel . this hotel not star hotel

1. It is not accessible to taxi or car. They do not mention in their website. 2. Their promise of airport transfer is a lie. 3. Their food is bad and it takes for ever for them to prepare the food. 4. Their costumer service is at its worst. 5. I will not recommend to anyone and I will not book this hotel again.

“Good location, not that clean hotel”
Their room was spacious. Since we were freaking out about mosquitos in India, seeing that there were a lot of windows that did not sealed the room entirely made us feel unsafe. Their food is good, but their plates, pots and utensils were not clean. The pot in were we were given milk had black dots... it was bad. Their roof has a stunning view.
