ホテルの場所は良いですが、駅の隣にあるため、いくつかの変更が必要です。エレベーターは良いですが、遅くて古いスタイルです。バスルームは最新のものではなく、寝具とバスタオルは完全に交換される必要があります。おそらく一度も変更されていないと思います。

The room was tired but the breakfast was okay. With this price, there was a newer hotel next door.

They do not entertain customers who are booking from online avenues. They only want people who pay cash at the entrance, they gave a room to a person who paid in cash and kept me waiting for over 1 hour because "I booked online". Just terrible behaviour from the team at Best Western.

I checked in at 2am in the morning the check in guy didnt even know which category is my room . And i tooo my bags my self . Noone to help carry my bgs to my room . Location is good

Staff is also kind but the rooms need more care...otherwise it's average. No slippers, dental kit, gym.

“スーラート旅行”
全体的には良かったですが、私たちが3人のグループで3つのタオルにお金を払ったので、3つのタオルを用意しておくべきでした。しかし、2つのタオルしか置かれておらず、水のボトルも2本しかありませんでした。追加のボトルには追加料金が必要と言われましたが、私たちはそれを断りました。
