Not a good option if you are travelling by public transport as this hotel is way down from the ISBT tutikandi. If you want to travel Shimla, it’s better to take hotel near Mall Road. As reaching Mall Road by foot will take 2 hours and by cab will cost around 400-450. If travelling with your own vehicle and planning to visit only nearby places of Shimla like Kufri and Narkanda, then this place might suit you. Otherwise hotel rooms are good at the price charged.

I really didn’t like my stay, location of the hotel was so down that no taxi was ready to pick or drop us. My kid was sick & there was no medical shop close by. Breakfast menu didn’t have options at all. Hotel staff wasn’t ready to cooperate in anything. Hotel don’t except card payment. I would suggest look out for better option rather than booking this hotel.

Feedback - SANOBAR THE EUPHORIA GRAND -Shimla - Himachal Pradesh Disadvantages – No Pick/No Drop facility from Railway Station is a tricky situation for Customer as it would be tough to locate Hotel and immediately call Hotel Reception and let Driver and Hotel Staff speak and make your life easy. Driver should be expert to drive in Hilly Area if he/she is capable to drive the narrowest and dangerous cuts towards Hotel, then the person can drive anywhere in Shimla. For Old people or persons who are not keen to walk for 2 kms should think twice to go for this Hotel. Walking towards the Hotel from New ISBT, would be tough task due to steep height of Hotel. Advantages – Excellent Food, plus highest level of hospitality by Hotel Staff. At Hotel Restaurant, F&B Manager Mr. Virender Pawar will make his best efforts to support you in all respect. He is very helpful person and would always ready for extra miles. Miss Sapna gives full attention to every guest and show highest commitment level. Special Mention for Mr. Roop Lal who is very supportive and give options available for Food at Hotel. He along with all members of F&B are gentle and always extend support to us. Would recommendate to take both Breakfast as well as Dinner during your stay and variety of options are available and each time, there is different Menu too. Regarding with Rooms, I had taken 2 Rooms for 3 nights and Rooms and other accessories look apple to apple same and meet expectations. Peaceful area and view from Hotel window towards Valley will be remarkable. Summary – If I would be given chance to Stay again, I would Love to be Sanober Guest again. Remember to negotiate with Cab Drivers as they are not hired by Hotel for pick and drops and site seeing. Would request Hotel Management to set up options for Pick and Drop from ISBT as well as Railway Stations. From myside, 5 Star for SANOBAR THE EUPHORIA GRAND -Shimla - Himachal Pradesh
