I have been charged extra for my stay. Though I have booked two rooms, they offered a single room with two queen cots. We managed our stay
surprisely guest demanding more, they book two rooms but more adults there including child which is not possible, thats why we offer them a big room

“Not satisfactory at all”
We four in a group booked 2 non ac rooms. But the quality of rooms and service is very poor. No neatness in rooms. Bathrooms very dirty and not cleaned properly after repeated approach. No ventilation in bathroom. We paid ₹1800 above for each room. Not price worthy. We could avail better rooms at Puri in much less price.
unfortunately they charged more what they booked. we have limitations of service but they demand extra bed without charge . we also provide them the same but unfortunately they knowing ly do this
